My guess is that Deron has had some sort of transplant. He is rich enough to afford the surgery where they take donor follicles (like from the back of your neck) and implant them on the crown where he had a bald spot. Now he has new regrowth, looks like a pimp, and was finally made an All-Star because he has hair again!
