Green Wants To Sign Extension This Summer
Should we extend him this summer? And if so, for how much and how long?

Re: Green Wants To Sign Extension This Summer
As long as it's reasonable. I don't want a Brandon Roy / LMA situation where one RFA (Aldridge) is overpaid because they wanted to resign both their guys and not just one.
I wouldn't pay him more than Millsap / Ariza money. Green's agent is David Falk. I have a feeling that unless Presti overpays they will wait for the offseason next year to see if they can get a nice offer sheet. Falk clients don't take home team discounts..
This could be complicated somewhat by labor negotations.

It will be interesting to see how Presti handles the extension of a player like Green who he seems to like. I hope Presti doesn't cave in and overpay, but I really doubt he will. I wonder how Green perceives his own value, and what he thinks he deserves versus what other PFs are making.
