Who would you rather have on the Bobcats roster?

Bulls fan here! I have had the sad opportunity to watch both so far. While Larry is a better shooter he kills ball movement. So if you're into that kinda thing good luck! He will also take some pretty awful bad shots.

Flip from what I have seen so far is bad but at least he knows he's bad.

They're pretty typical backup guards. I'd prefer Hughes because while his defensive ability is overrated (steals don't equal defense, lol), he's the more well-rounded of the two.

2010, I'd take Flip. 2005 I'd take Larry.

FWIW I went with Hughes.

He has a little more size, is a better slasher, more willing passer and plays better D.

Probably Hughes, because he's a better complement to Augustin. Murray pretty much duplicates Augustin, which is probably why Augustin got off to such a bad start, with Brown opting to play Murray over him. I wouldn't be surprised to see Brown let Hughes take Augustin's minutes, too, but at least in theory he would be a better fit alongside Augustin.

I voted for Hughes. I think he is a better defender and he is more versatile. With Gerald maybe needing some rest going down the stretch, he can hopefully step in and put up some numbers for us.(I realize Hughes wont be back until another week, but I am talking about rest for wallace as the playoffs get closer..)

It's not even close. They said FLip could play pg only because he was 6'3. Hughes can play 3 positions and is just much better.

Flip Murray is just a one dimensional role player. Hughes can do everything on the court other than shoot consistently and when he has his shot going is a 20 point scorer.

Larry Hughes, barely. But hes going to have to grow up a bit, if he wants to stick around. I mean the NBA in general, not just the Bobcats.

But to me this is like "do you want to drive a broken car or a more broken car?"

I took Hughes, more size, better defender, better ball handler and shooting percentage is a little better than Flip.

That entire statement is a stretch.
