Gordon was dealing with some bone bruising and cartilage irritation. He will likely see limited action tonight.

Smith has a migraine and will sit out.

26-23 Hornets after 1.

EJ's leg looks like it's feeling pretty good. His shot isn't falling, but he had an explosive 2 handed dunk in the half-court. Butler is looking hot early. He has 8 (2-5 from 3). Gooden put in 6 (3-3 FG) and Baron has 4 points & 3 assists with 0 turnovers. DJ has looked good. He made an awkward shot deep under the basket and has hit the boards (4 in 5 mins).

We'll likely have a lot of it come next season. I just hope that it's a change for the better, although it can't get much worse....I hope.

Kaman...

DJ has 2 points, 8 rebounds & 2 assists (could have been 3 if Kaman didn't blow the bunny) in 9 mins.
Kaman has 2 points (1 for 11 shooting), 3 rebounds & 2 assists in 16 mins.

Gordon with the pick and tosses it up to DJ for the slam!. Baron follows that up with a 2 handed slam dunk. Clippers lead 45-44.

50-46 Clippers at the half. 2nd quarter was ended with a 9-2 run. 7 points & 9 rebounds in 12 minutes for DJ. He's been fun to watch tonight. Baron is playing really well. He has 12 points (6-8 shooting), 6 rebounds and only 1 turnover. Gordon is struggling from the perimeter and the foul line, but he has shown aggressiveness in getting to the hoop for the slam and has made things happen on the defensive end. Gooden is getting in the right spots and is making his shots. Kaman has sucked.

78-77 Clippers after 3. Baron has 16 points and 15 assists. I'd love to see him get a 20/20 game and pick up a W.

I haven't watched this game but is see that the Hornets have made two straight 3s. I hope we can win this one.

100-89 Hornets. Lawler's Law is in effect. However, Baron has never lost while accumulating 15 or more assists in a game. He has 16. What wins out? I think we already know. :(

We can't shoot near the basket or from afar. Kaman is 3-15, EJ is 3-12. Clippers as a whole are shooting 43%. New Orleans is shooting 58.7% and 9 of 17 from 3.

I saw that we weren't shooting very well, and I just saw the Hornets go on a huge run
