I think most teams have roster spots that would allow them to stream. Stanford, myself, etc. have drop-worthy guys on their rosters, and other teams probably do too - because of injuries. And so I believe there should be some sort of weekly limit.

As for who's gonna beat Stanford - well hamncheese is the only one to do it this year - he'll be a major dark-horse coming 6th position (if he makes it). Coady in his current state is perhaps beatable, but if CP3 comes back and picks up where he left off, then I don't see him being beaten.

I was going to say hasn't it been 5 add/drops a week during the playoffs in the past?

I was going to say, I'm not surprised at all by your lack of chivalry or your unearned bravado...but, ok, I'll bite:

You know what's pathetic? You're little team boasting a win this last week thanks to one move I made: Had I not dropped Wes Matthews, on Saturday, I would have beaten you in 3s and FG%, moving me into a 5-4 win. That's pretty pathetic considering that I was without Eric Gordon.

Bottom line is: You need names and crappy one-sided deals to win: I nearly beat you (and deservedly should have) with guys you didn't know or even knew of their dominance until they beat up on your guys. And no, I don't care that the "beating up" was figurative. I'm going to enjoy watching you lose this year (again).

I think Brian can do that. I'm not off to a good start, and have some injuries, but it would help if The Man sets his line up so he could possibly beat Kohanz. Wasted a 45/10/3 night from Melo.

Could someone summarize what WB said? Whenever I see a post from non-playoff team like that I just consider beneath my reading, you know what I mean?

Different story in the playoffs where short term success is more meaningful than regular season. I think three a week is a good cap for the playoffs.

WHAT?!? TheMAN didn't even set his lineup? That's grounds for losing a draft pick, says I. Come on: George is 2 games out from a playoff spot, and I'm 4. Every game counts. Maybe Sly can set his lineup as the commish? Otherwise, I'd say TheMan was unfairly trying to alter the playoff race.

BTW: I'm not sure that anything I do will influence George's plight for a playoff spot. It's all up to TheMan beating Kohanz. SUcks that he and I have to duke it out this last week. Funny though, as it seems like he and I have been fighting each other at the border of the playoffs every year for the last 2.

I've been fighting for a playoff spot every season I think. Placed 7th my first year, just a game or two away from Jordan, was in 5th the year after, and squeaked into the 6th spot last year.

As for the TheMan, he also didn't have Nene and Pierce in last night. He should be up 6-3 on Kohanz instead of down 2-5-1. His lineup for tonight as of now has Melo, Nene, and Ben Gordon sitting.

Someone email theman and tell him we're still playing. As we know from the last time he was totally MIA, it's our fault when he doesn't give a **** enough about the league to check in.

And he had the nerve to bitch all year long about protecting the sanctity of the league. I can't believe some people had sympathy for this idiot. He's consistently shown himself to be scum when it comes to this league, and yet Jordan and I have been the ones getting ragged on for making it worse.

It's normal to miss a day or two in setting your lineup sometimes and TheMan had mentioned some electrical problems, but I checked the manager list, and it shows that TheMan was active yesterday morning. So now I'm annoyed.

I for one think it brash and irresponsible to jump to accusations about TheMan. If anybody has been **** over the past year it's been him and heap a game-fixing accusation on is a little much without any other information. Shame on you Dubya-B.

So I guess the accusation should be that he's tanking for balls?

So, with all the acrimony, who isn't coming back next year?

Oh give it up Carl. We all know if I made the playoffs it would hurt your ego...If this were anyone else (me), you'd complain about tanking too. Doesn't matter who it is (the commish has made this explicit), tanking is foul play in this league.

Oops, thought Melo was still hurt.

It would be nice if east set his line up. His entire roster is on the bench.

BTW, I believe The Team's 36 TO's last week may have been a league record.

So you also thought that Pierce, Nene, and Ben Gordon were hurt too? Or did you just forget to set your lineup for Monday and Tuesday as they were the same as on Sunday? Just admit you forgot or didn't care or something believable, because Melo has played in every Nuggets game since February 9. Are you really saying that you've thought he's been hurt all this time, and that's why he was sitting? If so, that's just lame.
