I see Brewer might be playing in this one. Good for him for returning quickly. Remember I was the guy that predicted he wouldn't be back until the very end of the season. I hope he is healthy and can contribute. It will also give managment a longer look for consideration of what to do with him in the offseason.

Bulls might be very shallow without DRose. Flip Murray might start

No Rose (injury), Deng (injury), Noah (injury) and Hinrich (suspension).

Please come out strong and don't let up.

The good news is that they won. The bad news is that they relaxed and thought the game is only three quarters and almost blew it. They looked so sloppy at times with careless mistakes.

While Conley had a good game offensively he also made Acie Law look good. Mind you Mayo didn't stop Flip Murray either. It was good to see Thabeet get needed playing time and have some good moments.

Exactly. This comeback the Bulls nearly made could've easily ended the other way around and w/o their starters at that. For some reason there has been a breakdown with the Grizz in these fourth quarter games for a while now. They have to understand that in order to win games, they have to play 60 mins of bball and not 45mins. Execute on both ends of the floor and you give yourself a chance to win the game.

Mayo didn't guard Murray much. Rudy did. OJ guarded Law to start the game and then was mostly on Pargo after that.

And Zach or whoever didn't do anything to stop Hak. So why are you picking on the guards? I would say that Hak was the key to their comeback. Law was really quiet late in the game. The Grizzlies started struggling when Zach and Rudy started hogging the ball even though they were having crappy nights and they didn't do anything defensively either.

Last games Grizz are having a hard time closing out games. Against Knicks and Bulls. If we they would have closed the game out against the Nugs then we would be on a 4 game winning streak

Grizz have to be much sharper if they desire the post-season bonus. They are playing well but lacking something. Not everyone but certainly a few of them - enough to bring the team below where we all want it in these critical last games stretch.

360, I'll admit that I didn't see the first half of the game so I can't comment on who was guarding who. We have a TV program called court surfing where they switch between three or four games as they progress for a three hour period. So I'm going mainly on the segments I saw in the second half.

I don't pick on anybody, I just say what I observe. The backcourt happened to be the ones I saw getting burned by the Bulls guards. But in reading Lionel Hollins coments after the game he said Del Negro was throwing all sorts of combinations on the floor all game long to try and confuse Memphis hoping to cover up the loss of their starters. So for sure there could have been different matchups than what I saw.

I have to give Del Negro some credit for the strategy. Along with some trapping and other different looks he gave his undermanned squad a chance at least. It certainly worked and like most here said it threw the Grizzlies off and made them make sloppy errors.
