Stephen Jackson scored 18 of his 20 points in the second half and Charlotte rallied to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 100-92 on Wednesday night to give Michael Jordan a victory in his first game as Bobcats majority owner.

Stephen Graham matched a career high with 19 points filling in for the injured Gerald Wallace, and the Bobcats won for the seventh time in eight games.

Kevin Durant had 26 points and 10 rebounds, but was 9 of 26 from the field for the Thunder, whose five-game winning streak was snapped.

Andre Iguodala scored 20 points, Jrue Holiday added 19 points, seven rebounds and seven assists and the Philadelphia 76ers snapped a five-game losing streak with a 108-97 victory over the New Jersey Nets on Wednesday night.

Elton Brand added 12 points, and Lou Williams, Willie Green and Rodney Carney had 11 each to help the 76ers improved to 24-44 with their second victory in 12 games.

Chris Douglas-Roberts led the Nets (7-61) with 23 points, Keyon Dooling added 15 and Terrence Williams had 13. Brook Lopez and Jarvis Hayes also scored 12 apiece, and Kris Humphries had 10. New Jersey needs to win three of its last 14 games to avoid the NBA record for fewest victories set by the 1972-73 76ers when they went 9-73.

Noah nearly ready to go
Joakim Noah quivered with excitement, his legs literally shaking, as he detailed plans to return from missing eight straight games with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. "I'm real close," Noah said. "I think I can go Saturday."

Unfortunately for him, that's only his plan, not necessarily that of the Bulls. "Joakim is feeling better but there's a process in place for him to come back," coach Vinny Del Negro.

That process involves Noah likely returning next week in limited minutes. Del Negro said there's an outside shot Noah could realize his plan and get spot minutes Saturday against the 76ers but that it's unlikely.

LeBron James had 32 points, nine rebounds and nine assists, and the Cleveland Cavaliers clinched their second straight outright Central Division championship and third in team history, beating Indiana 99-94 on Wednesday night.

Troy Murphy had 19 points and 15 rebounds, and Roy Hibbert had 20 points for the Pacers, who were without leading scorer Danny Granger. Granger, averaging 23.1 points a game, did not make the trip after spending the night in an Indianapolis hospital Tuesday. He took an inadvertent elbow to his upper right cheek in the final minute Tuesday night against Charlotte. CT scans on his head and neck found no problems.

Antawn Jamison had 17 points and nine rebounds, J.J. Hickson had 13 points and Anderson Varejao had 13 points for Cleveland.

Paul Pierce scored 29 points, Kevin Garnett had 22 and the Boston Celtics cruised to their third straight lopsided victory at home, 109-97 over the New York Knicks on Wednesday night.

David Lee led the Knicks with 29 points, and Al Harrington had 16.

Rajon Rondo had 12 assists in just 27 minutes and tied Bob Cousy for fifth place among Celtics players for assists in one season with 642. Cousy did it in 1954-55.

Vince Carter had 24 points and eight assists, and the Orlando Magic smothered Tim Duncan defensively to beat the San Antonio Spurs 110-84 on Wednesday night.

Duncan had two points and was 1 for 10 from the field in the worst shooting percentage game of his career, a big reason the Spurs lost for only the second time in their last 10 games. Duncan's previous low was a 1-for-8 night against Minnesota on April 20, 2005, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

Rashard Lewis finished with 20 points, and J.J. Redick had 10 points to help the Magic win for the ninth time in 10 games. Orlando moved four games ahead of Atlanta and Boston for second in the Eastern Conference, but is still six games behind Cleveland.

Cavs' West available for game against Pacers
Cleveland's Delonte West is available for the Cavaliers' game Wednesday against the Indiana Pacers.

West, who has bounced in and out of the rotation all season, missed Tuesday's win at Detroit with what the team called a sprained left knee. He is averaging 8.6 points and 3.1 assists as a reserve this season.

Shaquille O'Neal has rejoined the Cavaliers as well. O'Neal, who has been at home in Florida, is expected to miss the rest of the regular season following surgery to repair his right thumb. He injured it in a win at Boston on Feb. 25.

Warriors' Curry held out with sprained left ankle
Golden State's Stephen Curry missed the Warriors' game against New Orleans on Wednesday night because of a sprained left ankle.

Curry participated in the pregame shootaround but was a late scratch. It's the first game the Golden State rookie has missed this season, a rarity on a team that has been decimated by injuries this season. The Warriors have lost 404 games to injury this season, including 110 since the All-Star break.

Curry, who led Golden State in scoring four of the last six games while averaging 24.5 points during that stretch, played in all 66 games this season prior to sitting out against New Orleans. The seventh overall pick in the draft, he's listed as day-to-day.

Caron Butler scored 27 points, Dirk Nowitzki had 26, and J.J. Barea scored 10 straight when things tightened up in the fourth quarter, helping the Dallas Mavericks beat the Chicago Bulls 113-106 on Wednesday night.

Dallas native Acie Law scored a season-high 22 points for Chicago. Five other players scored in double figures, and two more scored nine points. But the Bulls were done in by a defense that allowed at least 100 points for the 12th straight game.

Barea finished with 15 points and Roddy Beaubois scored 11, picking up the slack for Jason Kidd. He was 0 for 5 and ended a streak of 30 straight games with a 3-pointer, which had been second-best in the NBA. He was 0 for 4 from behind the arc.

Carlos Boozer had 19 points and 11 rebounds and the Utah Jazz kept pace in the Western Conference with a 122-100 victory over the struggling Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night.

Kyle Korver added a season-high 20 points on his 29th birthday to help the Jazz extend Minnesota's losing streak to 11. The Timberwolves allowed 152 points in a loss at Phoenix the night before and had little energy left in the second half.

Al Jefferson and Corey Brewer had 17 points apiece to lead Minnesota, which was outrebounded 20-12 in the second half.

Aaron Brooks set a Houston record by hitting seven 3-pointers without a miss and scored 31 points, and the Rockets snapped the Memphis Grizzlies' seven-game road winning streak with a 107-94 victory Wednesday night.

Luis Scola scored 20 points, and Kevin Martin added 18 for the Rockets, who moved into ninth place in the Western Conference standings -- a half-game ahead of Memphis. Houston has won four straight, its longest streak of the season.

Zach Randolph had 30 points and 15 rebounds for the taller Grizzlies, who scored 64 points in the paint, a season high for a Houston opponent. The Rockets countered Memphis' inside advantage by going 10 for 19 from 3-point range.
