I would pick John Wall, it seems to me that he is an all around player and could possibly help the big man Griffen when he get's back. They need a better point guard cuz BD isnt getting it done

John Wall has to be the choice...however, what are the odds of the Clips having the top pick two years in a row?

The Rockets did. Why not the Clippers.
If the Clippers win the championship next year I'm getting banned from RealGM

in a hypothetical world why not....
Draft John Wall
Sign Lebron
Trade Baron to Bobcats for Diaw and Augustine

and you got a championship team

Well, we don't really have to worry about that, since the last lottery is over and done. We only have to worry about the chances with this year's lottery balls.

There are a few teams with around 23 to 25 wins right now. We probably won't end up with a great chance, but hey who knows. I would obviously be happy just to land top 3.

If we get #1, it's John Wall. If it's #2, Evan Turner. Either of those guys who help us immensely. If we do get Wall, then we HAVE to trade Baron without a doubt.

I'd be happy with the 2nd pick and take what's left over from the first. I really like Turner, but I would probably take Wall with the first pick and weigh my options. I'd see what the number 2 team would be willing to give up for his rights. If it is was worthwhile, I'd move him for a package including Turner. If it wasn't, I'd keep Wall and look to move Baron somehow, some way.

I would take Evan Turner, no matter what. Re-sign most of the team after that.

Clippers 10-Man Rotation
PG - B. Davis/S. Blake
SG - E. Gordon/E. Turner
SF - R. Butler/T. Outlaw
PF - B. Griffin/C. Smith
C - C. Kaman/D. Jordan

I think the team just needs a tough-minded coach like Byron Scott, Avery Johnson or Sam Mitchell.

Though I do like Baron Davis for Gerald Henderson & Boris Diaw. Then for sure draft John Wall.

Clippers 10-Man Rotation
PG - S. Blake/J. Wall
SG - E. Gordon/G. Henderson
SF - B. Diaw/T. Outlaw
PF - B. Griffin/C. Smith
C - C. Kaman/D. Jordan

Drafting Turner would kill our chances at a MAX FA (unless we moved Kaman or Baron), but it would solve things on the wing. He'd be our SF of the future, and we could concern ourselves with signing quality depth. We've drafted the player that I have badly wanted for the last few years, I'm hoping we can keep that going and wind up with Turner. We'd have the sickest young core, probably outside of OKC (and that's primarily because of Durant).

The only problem I have with drafting Turner is that he is from Ohio State and being a Penn State Alumnus it's hard for me. However he is a good player and if we get him I'd have to put that aside, I'd also be happy to have John Wall
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

John Wall has to be the guy at #1. Even if we don't get the #1, I would trade a whole lot to try to move up to get Wall (including making EJ, Kaman, and our future MIN first available).

I hear a lot of talk about this years NCAA tournament's lack of star power. Besides John Wall, is this a pretty weak draft?

Turner if we can't sign Lebron then re-sign Sool, Outlaw, Gooden, Rhino & Blake. Plus, we'd still have enough loot to go after a quality roleplayer like Ginobili or T-Mac. FYI: No franchise in their right mind will take on bum dizzle and his bloated contract.

I have no interest in T-Mac. We have too many scorers and not enough role players and defenders as is. And regardless of Davis contract. I think Wall is the best prospect in the draft. And you can't pass on that because of an old Baron Davis.

what about Wesley Johnson
He seems like a perfect fit
Solid allaround SF, works a lot off the ball.
I'm not talking pick 1 or 2 as those are Wall and Turner.

I'd be interested in him, but he'd have to drop or we'd have to move up in the next couple of weeks.
