Milwaukee Trade:

PG - Jrue Holiday - $1,627,920

The deal works as Milwaukee have cap space.

Phoenix accepts this trade as after departing with Ty Lawson, we felt we needed another exciting young point guard to back up Conley, and Jrue fits the bill. It's not great to lose JJ and Dante, but helps me balance the depth chart so I'm happy :)

Confirmed. Holiday wouldn't get the minutes he deserves behind Wall, so we shuffled the roster and picked up two good PF prospects

PHI and CLE have a trade to announce.

PHI sends:

Randy Foye - $4,500,000
Soloman Jones - $1,500,000

CLE sends:

Anderson Varejao - $7,031,818

We needed a 3rd big in the worst way, and get one of the best in Varejao. Flat out one of the best defenders in the league, and it solidifies our 3 man rotation of Love/Gasol/Varejao up front.

Cavs accept. It was very tough to trade Varejao, but we're very deep in the post and need to get Powe some minutes. Our weakness was at guard coming off the bench after AI retired, so this address that.

anyway the deal would work no matter based on Koponen's contract numbers.

Thanks for the info Sabas

amare's previous years salary was $16,378,325

$16,378,325 x 1.05 = $17,197,241 since a players maxmimum salary is the highest of 30% of the cap or 105% of the previous years salary.

Phoenix Suns would like to announce we have signed Hamady N'Diaye, 58th pick in the 2010 draft, to a 3 season contract, terms of which are as follows:

2011 - $500,000
2012 - $700,000
2013 - $750,000 (Team Option)

The 23 year old Senegal international was one of the the most underrated big men in the NCAA, but in early March got recognition for his achievements as DPOY in the Big East.

Averaging 9.8 points (on 60%) he's not a prolific scorer, but with 7.1 rebounds and 4.6 blocks in 28 minutes he finished the season 3rd in BPG and with 138 in total. Although judged not to have the same offensive potential as Hasheem Thabeet, comparisons have been drawn on his impact on the defensive end and we hope he can quickly adjust to the NBA, with Emeka Okafor as his mentor.

Phoenix Suns would also like to announce that 59th pick LaceDarius Dunn, has been assigned to the NBA D-League. A great shooter in college, shooting 3.3 3s per game at an impressive 42% clip (2nd in NCCA 3 pointers made), we hope the D-League will help him develop a more rounded game for when we look to sign him next year.
There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.

Miami would like to announce that they have come to terms with the #10 pick in the draft Wesley Johnson. We are very happy to have gotten the steal of the draft in selection Wesley. We predicted he would go in the top 5 of the 2010 draft and could not believe he fell to us. He will be a much welcomed talent to our team.

I like adding a productive player with the flexibility of an expiring contract.

Giving up Thabo and Mike Miller is the price for getting a productive player and moving willie green. The 2016 pick might have been used on someone who is currently in the 8th grade. By draft day hopefully Cousins, McGee and Collison have been to a few all-star games.

Not sure how that came about, but those aren't the kind of picks I was expecting for Johnson. I can't accept that deal.

MIN accepts that deal. We have enough prospects currently and are happy to save some future salary here. Getting some decent 2nd round picks will help us in the future.

The Bulls and Thunder have agreed upon a trade.

The Bulls send Mike Bibby ($5,564,767),a 2011 2nd Rounder, and 2012 2nd Rounder in exchange for Eric Maynor ($1,417,800), Nick Young ($2,630,503), Jerry Stackhouse ($854,389), and 2014 2nd rounder.

OKC Incoming/Bulls Outgoing: $5,564,767
Bulls Incoming/OKC Outgoing: $4,902,692 X 1.25 = $6,128,365

Bulls accept, Bibby was no longer in our plans, and here we pick up two prospects in the backcourt to grow with the team, or use as trade bait.

OKC accepts i hate giving up Maynor, but i like Bibby as our starting PG, especially considering we didn't have one before.

Another deal to announce.

Dallas gives / Oklahoma City gets: Maurice Evans, Quinton Ross, Derrick Brown ($4.408532 million)
Oklahoma City gives / Dallas gets; Willie Green, 2012 2nd (CHI) ($3.976 million)
$3.976 million x 1.25 = $4.97 million

Dallas accepts. We save some money and (we believe) get the best player in the deal.

Knicks and Magic have agreed to a trade.

Knicks get:
Terrence Williams - $2,214,480

Magic get:
Jordan Hill - $2,669,520

Knicks logic:
We need a wing and have a surplus of bigs.
