Actually if we win and they lose, we'll be tied with them having the tie breaker.

That's freaking awesome. I don't remember the last this team could say that (and mean it).

I haven't read through all the posts, and didn't want to start a new thread, but what is up with Scott Foster and overturning Suns calls? And many at home.

Seems rather fishy. The last guy to call a foul from half court, when the ref standing two feet away does not make a call, was Tim Donaghy in game 3 of the Spurs/Suns series.

Great win boys. Was a hard fought game but we ended up on top and that's all that matters.

tomorrow should be a tough one but this win should give us some confidence I have a feeling amare will go hard on the warriors because the defense portland played probably pissed him off and the gs trade rumors hopefully he goes off and keeps playing like he has been. If amare plays like he has been we can afford to rest nash if not we will need him.

any time you win a game by shooting less that 40% from the field, it's gotta be a great defensive effort. Coach Gentry called it, "it was gonna be a grinded out game". I think the 2-3 zone in the 4thQ is what won the game for us. Roy had somewhat of an off night and we made their big men take long jumpers. So we finished the 7 home game stand with a 5-2 record, not bad. Now we have won 4 in a row and GS is next. A win here and a UTA loss will have us dead tie for the 4th seed. UTA by the way is playing BOS who's playing good ball as of late. We cannot afford a let down game vs a sub .500 team. We need this win!

We should breeze through the next 5 games.
