Flynn for Blatche?

Post#1 » by NewWolvesOrder » Wed Mar 24, 2010 9:42 pm

With that whole Blatche situation in DC, do you think we could contact them about Blatche for Flynn? or is Blatche a headcase that's not worth it? He has nice skillset, but he's kind of not very bright dude, I would flip Flynn for him since I'm not a big fan of Jonny. Would you guys support such trade?

No way. We got enough defensive problems as it is anyway.

Why do people keep proposing PF's? We should worry about other positions.

Let's see, he's 6'11', good athlete, can block shots and overall better defender than Al and Love. Hmm, sounds exactly the type he don't need.

Saunders said his assistants attempted to talk to Blatche about the situation multiple times but that Blatche's response was he "just didn't want to play."

Sounds like the type of guy I want on my team.

I don't think Flynn would be able to log in a lot of minutes compared to Arenas (unless of course he goes to jail). Well, I think this improves Brewer's odds at MIP.

This is getting pretty stupid up in here. Just because we've only won 14 games does not mean we should start replacing players for worse players in lopsided deals.

I like Blatche, but not for Flynn, and not as long as we keep Love OR Jefferson, and even then, not if we're in a spot to draft any PFs -- i.e. Turner is gone and we're looking at Favors, Monroe, or Davis.

Lol, in other words, I don't really see a secnario where it makes sense to trade for Blatche. If we're going to trade Flynn why not for a position we need like a wing or a true center?
