Signatures not working

When I try to change my signature, no matter what the file/image size, I get the same error:
It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.

Its happening to everyone who's posted in the Bobcats Sig thread so far. I can take a 75x75 dimension image and still get the same error.

The playoff sigs I created are 400x90, which is the standard RealGM size.
