Western Conference Player of the week and out with back spasms tonight.

I think its pop just being conservative and Manu needs a night off.

We better take care of business and let up for one second on the Nets.

Yeah I hope it's just Pop playing it safe. Manu has absolutely carried this team on his shoulders with TP out.

Hopefully it's nothing too serious and just a chance for Manu to rest a bit.

We've got games with Orlando and the Lakers coming up, we need all the help we can get.

Yeah but this could be a costly loss. Dropped us to 8th seed now and a first round matchup with LA and we still have a tough remaining schedule. I like our chances as a 6th or 7th seed but 8th seed IMO means definite 1st round exit. We're not at LA's level. We're at Denver or Dallas' level IMO. Atleast very close to it.

The Lakers are the top tier, that much is certain. They lost to NO today but they've got 5 or 6 games on the 2 seed. They'll be fine come playoff time. ESPN and the like want to push that the west is wide open, I don't see it that way. If the Lakers are healthy they'll come out of the west. Dallas and Denver are kidding themselves if they think they can hang with them in a series. Cleveland would be another story. I think they would struggle with them.

That could very well be one of the most important losses of our season. If we end up with the 8th seed it's lights out for us. We need 6th or 7th, that means Dallas, Denver or Utah in the first and I'm confident versus any of them. The 2/7 and 3/6 bracket is also good because it means avoiding the Lakers until the WCF - if we were to get that far.

Came home for easter and got to go to the game tonight. I have seen 5 games at home and 5 games on the road this year. Every single game the fans absolutely love Manu. He draws an unbelievable amount of fans from all walks especially those crazy argentinians.

Can't see how the spurs don't resign him. He is the heart of this team and would be a killer for marketing if he got away.

No Manu means we start a full rebuilding program and fire sale. I hope we don't lose him. I don't see us being a playoff team without Manu. Not in this West.
