Seems to me like this is a good move for Michigan. Hot shot coach who runs an offense no one in the Big Ten can defend against?

I haven't watched a lot of West Virginia but I think they run the spread offense. They need to bring in a guy that is good with the spread offense.

Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. West Virginia is dropping the ball.

Who to replace Rodriguez? How about Dennis Erickson? His hire would perfectly mirror that of Bob Huggins replacing John Beilein.

Yeah, Dennis Erickson has been at ASU for a year now...about time for him to look for his next opportunity.

Why are college football coaches like cheap whores and just go where the money goes? Where's the loyalty?

In your profession, would you not go to another company if they gave you a higher salary?

I'm tired of coaches being villianized for taking other jobs. They are looking out for their families and every one of us would take more money if it was a possibility. One bad season can get you fired at some places, and coaches are expected to be loyal to the end?

On ESPN, they said West Virginia may go after Jimbo Fisher as their head coach.

Same goes for college basketball players. The media criticizes them for some being 1 and done, and how its "not fair." Well...Rod Huggins recruited Michael Beasley, and then went to WVU. Shouldn't coaches be held accountable as well? And in this case, Rich Rodriguez is getting approximately $500,000 more than he is getting at WVU. Why the change?Are those $500 grand really that much more important?

$500,000 a year is a lot of money. And Michigan is a much higher profile job. If his end goal is the NFL, UM is a bigger stage to perform on.

I just don't like how AD's can fire coaches with no reprecussions but a coach seems to be deemed evil if he takes a better job.

And let's not forget, he did this **** last year too. A little loyalty would be nice is all I'm saying. It just seems like coaches go from one job to another, leave everyone else behind high and dry. It's not right.

It's Michigan/ I would've left too.
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.
