The only thing I don't understand is what's the big deal with NASCAR. It's a bunch of cars driving around an oval circuit for 100 laps. Not a big fan of F1 or motrosports in general (Rally is OK though) but I find NASCAR unbearable and totally pointless.

I was sucked into watching a race on TV once (basically lasted all day long) with some of my redneck friends and I can tell you it is all about the beer. I've never seen so many beers drunk so quickly, in fact a couple of the guys were out cold before the end of the race. The crashes are about the only thing anyone notices. Quite a "sport"...

That Xavier chick has to be kicking herself today. Missing two layups at point blank range in the last 15 seconds of the game, then give up a drive down the court in 4 seconds lol. I don't know how I'd live with myself if that happened to me.

To be fair, the Suns have driven me to drink many, many times.

Found a really good explanation here: http://www.swishappeal.com/2010/3/31/1397953/while-new-york-nets-a-star-chicago

Apparently, this actually could have been much, much worse.
