What happened there? How did we let this savant of pitching get away? Someone tell me what happened.

Arnsberg didn't get along well with Cito. Had the chance to leave, and did.

I miss Arnie. The pitchers loved him and he helped turn guys with OK stuff like Marcum, Romero and Litsch into solid to very good starters.
Bruce Walton, who did an equally good job as bullpen coach, seems like he'll be fine, though.
