How many games are you planning on attending?

Post#1 » by raps4life~ » Thu Apr 8, 2010 2:33 pm

With the knowledge that the Jays aren't going to be that great this year, how many games would you like to attend?

I still see this as a very exciting team with lot's of run scoring power and I think the games will be pretty fun.

Prolly like 7-10. Not only will they be fun to watch, but going to the game is a great excuse to get hammied in the middle of the week.

Never been to a Jays game. But i'm hoping to fly out for a couple games this summer.

BTW, I plan on setting up a RealGM Jays board outing to a game sometime this summer. Jus be on the look out for that thread. There will also be a link to Schad's paypal account, since the only way this shameless newfie can make his way down here is to milk change from anonymous message board posters. Puzzling considering he's quite an experienced hitchhiker, apparently.

That being said, is there a tickets thread? I'm looking for seats for the home opener...but the Jays are sold out, and other places have stupid prices right now.

I'll probably make it into the big city for 1 or 2 games.

Bought 2 season passes to the 500s. Since I live within walking distance of Skydome, I'm likely there for most of the weekend games as well as a few weeknighters every month as long as the roof is open.

Looking fwd to seeing the kids develop!

None. I'll go when I can be the 50,000th fan like back in the day. Otherwise it all looks nice on the bigscreen at home and I can forward thru commercials and pitching changes.

I usually get to about 3 to 5 games a season but last season only went to 2. Friday night games are the best, especially when the roof is open.

I can't stand going when it's hot out and the roof is closed though. It just get too muggy in there lately and you start smelling weird things all around you.

I got the star season pass thing so hopefully 30-40 games... but more realistically 20.

Halifax and St. John's are very different but they both have that nice laid back east coast way of life I enjoy, oh, and they both have alot of beer. :D

Return to Toronto Blue Jays
