Shaq might play Wednesday

Post#1 » by INKtastic » Mon Apr 12, 2010 5:13 am

There's a report that Shaq may play Wednesday. I wonder if the whole team plays (at least the first half) then. We've yet to have a game this year where our whole playoff lineup played.

Shaq also apparently lost 20 lbs while he was out.

It would be good to get the entire gang together for a game before the playoffs. Hopefully he can play. I doubt they rest LeBron, this will be a good tune up game. Hopefully we can go into the playoffs off a win.

You know what happened the last time he lost a significant amount of weight right?

I'd like to see the starters suit up for this one with regular rotations.

We need to have some level of sharpness going into the playoffs, especially Lebron seems like he has been sitting forever.

Injuries can happen the first tip in the first playoff game, I say play the guys.

Also if we beat ATL could push BOS to the ORL bracket.

Definitely hope this means LeBron plays as well as the rest of the guys. 62-20 looks a lot better than 61-21 as you still have triple the wins you do losses.

That was 2004...

2006 was Miami

Glad to see he's taking it serious it seems. Be nice to see him be a factor in the playoffs

I don't think that will be a problem. Lakers are reeling. Shaq is slim and primed, ready for his 5th! I think he is ready to demolish all in his path!

I hope Shaq turns it on int he playoffs, but there's gonna be a lot of pressure on the coach to figure out his rotation. He couldn't figure out how to use Z and Shaq early in the season so let's hope he makes a firm decision this time.

He needs to use more Shaq and I hate to say it, but less Z. We'll need more youth and mobility, so people like Andy and Hickson should get some burn. Matchups will ultimately dictate it though. I wouldn't mind seeing Powe in there knocking some heads!

Based on news reports, Shaq is may to be too busy to play....

Shaunie O’Neal is claiming Shaq recently ordered their son to deliver death threats to her new boyfriend.

The estranged wife of basketball star Shaquille O’Neal has claimed the superstar athlete tried to use their six-year-old son to deliver death threats.

Shaunie O’Neal is claiming Shaq recently ordered their son to deliver death threats to her new boyfriend.

TMZ.com has obtained documents showing Shaunie O'Neal's lawyers fired off a letter to Shaq's people.

The letter claims the basketball star "interrogated" the couple's children to tell him everything they knew about her new man.

It added: “To the point that they felt intimidated and scared of him."

Shaunie also claims Shaq told their six-year-old son to tell her boyfriend that Shaq “is going to kill him" – and that Shaq even screamed at the kid and said, "Say it now! My daddy is going to kill you!".

Shaunie's lawyers are demanding Shaq halt "further inappropriate discussions" with their children – which is an alleged violation of the non-disparagement provision of their divorce judgment.

Shaq's attorneys have made no comment yet on the documents and their allegations.
