Have to win this game. This is one of the only games where I will approve of Al and Josh iso's. Early and often please. Woody should get Als jumper going early.
Salmons almost always morphs into an all pro when he plays us.

This game is a referendum on how badly our players want the #3 seed. If we come out flat and unfocused for any extended period of this game I think it may predict a very disappointing playoffs for us.

So many nuances to "wanting the 3 seed."

While the Bucks will not be pushovers without Bogut, they would seem to be the easier matchup in the 1st round. The question is, how can the Hawks force a 3v6 matchup?

Milwaukee owns the tiebreaker vs. Miami, so it's not as simple as just beating them tonight. Miami winning both of their final games would help tremendously.

Well Miami has some pretty easy games, so I expect them to win out. If we win this game I guess MIL will be stuck in 6th.

GO HAWKS!

Miami's remaining games are Indiana, NJ, and Philadelphia I believe, while Milwaukee faces us and Boston. Very likely Milwaukee loses at Boston if Boston is playing hard, while Miami's schedule is below average, and should allow them to go 3-0. I respect the Bucks and all that they've done this year, but without Bogut, we'd be fools to blow the chance to face them in round 1 instead of Miami. Miami is a whole different team than last year, and they still took us to 7 last year.

So, ATL controls its own destiny. Milwaukee/Orlando, or Miami/Cleveland?...i don't know, maybe Miami/Cleveland may land a little more national tv games

Milwaukee/Orlando, please.

I don't have a great feeling about us vs. Miami.

Lets chalk up a loss. Starters are gonna log heavy minutes in the absence of our bench. This game is pivotal to avoid Miami.

Mike might not be able to guard a garbage can but hes shooting so much better than he was earlier in the season.
Sadly, the Braves are down 14-0 in the 6th.
Did Josh touch the ball more than 3 times in the halfcourt? Weird game. Hawks always allow someone tto torch them in the first half. Tonights culprit was 72 year old Jerry Stackhouse.

Every game that I've kept track of the last 2 days has gone as I had hoped. The Hawks have no one to blame but themselves if they can't get it done.

Good finish to the 3rd. Please close this game, and this will have been a very successful night with the Heat winning.

Smiths D has been good but his dumb 100 mph passes and missed free throws have hurt.

^His basketball IQ is so poor. Hes a good passer but some of these are so necessary and require Drew Brees like touch.

Good Lord did the Hawks need those 2 baskets by Marvin and Al. Both came off good ball movement 2.
