AFC playoff teams that worry you?

2. Colts
3. Steelers
4. Chargers
5. Jaguars
6. Browns (maybe Bills)

We take care of the Bills/Browns easily. Browns have a good offense, but their defense is dreadful. The Jags could be tough b/c they have a smart QB, and a deadly 1-2 RB punch with Taylor and Jones-Drew. Tough game, but the Pats would win in Gillette by 14ish. The Chargers, explosive offense, but it won't show up. Rivers sucks. Pats win by 17. Steelers? Patamalua will be back, some of those deep balls won't be completed. I expect a much closer game if we play them again, a win by 8-10 points. Then there is the Colts. All hands will be on deck for this game, both teams probably will have most of their roster healthy for this game. Peyton has never won in NE in the playoffs, and it won't start here. Nail bitter classic game, and the Pats win it by 4.

So by my guess we would play the Jags/Chargers in the first round and Indy/Pitt in the AFC Championship game.

No one. The Patriots are easily capable of beating every team in football by 14-21 points.

But I guess the Jaguars "scare" me the most because of their ability to run it and they don't turn the ball over.

I'm with Bleeding Green on this one, nobody really scares me in the NFL right now. The teams I think that are capable of beating us if things go perfect for them and horrible for the Pats are the Colts and the Cowboys. Nobody is going to beat us at home this year so the only shot at losing could possibly be to the Cowboys in the Super Bowl. However, they looked pretty bad last week so who knows what kind of team they are going to field in the playoffs.

I think the Jags will be the hardest matchup for the Pats from the AFC teams.

I too am pretty concerned about the Jaguars team. They run and block very well. Not sure they can do much with their QB, but we've had some mediocre QBs put together some good plays on us a bit in that Philly and Baltimore game.

You have to also respect the champs, the Colts too.

The Jags have no pass defense at all though. Their only hope is that it's terrible conditions for passing else Brady will tear them apart.
