I just assumed that Lee was looking to hook up.

Wait, what?!?

Bosh and Hedo are better defenders than Lee and Gallo. I don't get how we'd be better defensively.

I hate that roster,
But I like the fact that we are unloading Hedo, and getting some assets like Lee and Gallo.

I would imagine that the 23 million in expirings would be used to improve us at a few spots, and that we would not field that roster in October.

Maybe watching some games? Gallo's D is surely better than Turk's one, IMO Bosh's D is lightly better than Lee's D.

Anyway I don't want gallo here... sure he's a good player and I love him but the fates of all 3 italians would be all around a single coach; if the coach fails than all 3 italians could not have success... :x

WTF Knicks fans wouldn't trade Gallo for Steph Curry.

I agree with this part completely. Why would NY pay Turk just for the privilege of paying a premium to Bosh, when Bosh can just go there anyway? Lee is a perfect for for this transaction (no comment on fit for the team, although he does put up good numbers and is an all-star) since NY had no intention of signing him anyway. Tossing in Gallo or high pick is reasonable from NY's perspective since they get first crack at CB4. Frankly this is probably the best deal BC will be able to get.

BC: Bosh is leaving. Must get something or everyone will know I'm a fraud who rode his Daddy's coattails. Lee is decent, will make a good headline and is the best player we will get back in any S&T. Gallo is good and young and plays the way I likes and will make Bargnani happy and maybe that will convince him to rebound. A pick would be nice too, otherwise I'll have to let Maurizio sign another European "star" like Solo-Man.

Walsh: Terrible team. Career depends on getting star free agent. No intention of keeping Lee and his salary is necessary to get the deal done, so no loss whatsoever. Gallo or a pick is more than worth signing Bosh. I hope BC doesn't push for both because I'll totally give it to him.

Why would anybody want to add another no-defense playing PF? Don't we already have one of those in Bargnani? There's no need for two.

I would hope that Lee is a worst-case scenario because his acquisition would mean many more years like the one we've just seen.

Agreed. Turk is more immovable than Jose. BC moves Jose, starts Jack with Turk as PF. Banks backs up for next season. Hopefully, if Turk has "ball" for next year he gets going and can be moved around deadline to a contender looking at going ocver the top.

Bargnani can actually block shots and defend the post.

Lee can't do anything.

AMEN!
Wow..some of you guys are nuts. Yeah....Bosh is going to AGREE to go to a NY team that just blew its extra cap space by taking on the contact of........Hedo? WTF?!?!! Yeah...Chandler, Hedo, Bosh, and Curry.....I'm sure he will just LOVE that place.

Please come back to reality.

Your best bet is the PRAY Bosh wants to go to Houston....or some other team over the cap.

Lee does not help the Raptors, and Bosh probably isn't going to NY.
Jealousy is a sickness.......get well soon....
