I am just curious what kind of plan Larry comes up to.
We can't let shooters open, but we can't let Howard do his thing either.

I would rather see Howard try to beat Charlotte than the brigade of shooters.

I totally agree. I can't see Howard getting as hot offensively as guys like Nelson, Carter, Lewis, Pietrus etc could.

Exactly my thoughts as well. If their shooters get hot, they're almost impossible to beat, so we definitly got to avoid that.

Good way to start our very first playoff series:

http://blogs.charlotte.com/inside_the_n ... to-be.html

Healthy as they're going to be

The Charlotte Bobcats are as healthy as could be expected, based on practice Saturday. Coach Larry Brown has expressed some concern about Tyrus Thomas' right thumb, but Thomas fully participated.

And the rest obviously did Stephen Jackson a lot of good. He feels the best he has since arriving in Charlotte, saying he's probably 98%, with no remaining effect from that hamstring strain of a couple of weeks ago.

Awesome game thread bro.

Good luck on the series guys. In no way are we underestimating your team. I've been rooting for your guy's franchise since it was renewed as the Bobcats. Good Luck and I hope for a great series.

Oh and to BigSlam, thanks for the compliment.

Orlando has the pressure. They are "expected" to win, so they have the pressure of expectation. The Cats should be loose and ready to play. Plus, we have the coach with the experience to play the right matchups. Cats just cannot afford to get down quick by double digits. That will frazzle them. If Charlotte hangs in there in the 4th, Orlando will feel the pressure and start to choke.

Magic fan here:

The Orlando brass has enormous respect for the Cats. Personally, I think this series is a tough draw for both teams (Chicago, Miami. or Milwaukee would be an easier draw for the Magic; Atlanta or Boston would be an easier draw for Charlotte).

Tonight these two teams start the "second season."

We will see.
