RealGM Sim League

Hey. I think this would be a good idea since everyone here talks moves and such all the time. I could run the league for you guys if you want.

For those of you unfamiliar with sim leagues, FBB is a game that lets you be the GM and coach to some extent. You guys get to decide who to sign, trade with other GM's, decide game strategy, etc.

I'm not sure phpBB is good for hosting a sim league but it shouldn't be too bad. Let me know what you think.

We've run Yahoo Leagues in the past throughout RealGM. I think we even ran an FBB League (or few) in the past too...

I know I used to be involved w/ a lot of SIM Leagues in the past. The main problem would be logistics of it, coordinating and maintaining it.

Even the best FBB Leagues have fall over the Years. It's the main reason peeps turn to Yahoo, since they handle all the back-end stuff for you, making it easier to do Yearly or Dynasty/Keeper Leagues.

It's a good thought though, and glad you brought it up.
