Clearly Combo-guard is the likely value pick at the 23rd unless someone drops.
I don't know about clearly. 23 kind of looks like the sweet spot in the draft if you're targeting a small forward. Even if we trade Flynn I'd probably rather go SF at #23 (depending on what happens with the #16), then grab someone like Jerome Randle, Tommy Mason-Griffin in the 2nd round to back up Sessions and spread the floor.
