I really hope Thunder can upset Lakers. My ideas after game 1:

Start whit that line-up:

Nick Collison
Serge Ibaka
Kevin Durant
James Harden
Russell Westbrook

let Russell Wesbrook guard Kobe and let Harden be on Fisher. If Kobe is not 100% Russell with hes speed and athleticism can make him work extra hard. Hope James Harden can make some shots and not allow Kobe to play so freely help D as Thabo did in game 1. Jeff Green, Nenad and Thabo from bench should kill Lakers second unit.

pissed off about that.

I don't think we have enough posts to require a post game thread... there's a game thread and a thread for the series, we haven't had post game threads all year.

If you guys want post game threads we can have them but is it really necessary if it's going to get 10-12 replies?

I totally see why Clangus is/was upset. Just let everyone post whatever they want, unless it's inappropriate or something. Live and let live!
Life may not be the party we hoped for but while we are here we might as well dance!

I just find it funny that everyone thinks ron "SHUT DURANT DOWN"... like hes incapable of having an off night... 24 points on 24 shots and everyones shootin em down about it, when kobe had 20 points on 19 shots... looks like Thabo mustve shut Kobe down. "Thats why the Thunder brought Thabo Sefalosha here, to shut Kobe Bryant down, hes earning his paycheck" but no... its just Kobe's own doing that makes his shooting poor.

No Ron didn't shut Durant down you can't shut down great scoreres, but Durant should have known better to stop jacking so many jumpers and take it to the hole or work from the post, that's partly the coaches fault as well.

Wasn't Durant's fault. Seriously, does anyone actually watch the games? The Lakers were leaving 1-2 of our perimeter players (usually Thabo, Green, Harden) wide open on the perimeter all day and just hedging bigs to bump Durant off screens / curls. Every time Durant caught the ball and got more than a few feet of space there was a defender to cut him off.

The Thunder have to force the Lakers to respect their other options offensively. Kobe didn't guard anyone all game. He was just playing center field. Can't let Kobe just roam.

I'd run Westbrook-green-Durant-Ibaka-Collison/Krstic lineup a lot, play through Westbrook and Durant.
green did well, maybe the bestjob on Kobe, Ibaka and Collison limited bigs somewhat. It keeps Thabo ff the court which immensely helps the offensive flow and might keep one more defender honest.
