Whats your guess on where we pick in the draft?

I'm guessing we lose out and a couple teams below us win and we get #7.

Andre Woodson, please.

Between 7-11.

Pick 31...to here. In one year.

The highest the Bears will pick will be #9. The only way we pick higher is if one of the teams with a 4-10 record wins their last 2 games, which won't happen. Because the Bears have the highest Opponents Winning % of any team below them they will get the lowest pick if they have the same record. In order to get the #9 the Bears still need the Bengals to win at least 1 game. There is virtually no way the Bears win either of their remaining 2 games. So my bet is #9, if not #10.

This is hindsight so its not like I thought this at the time, but I wish we would have pulled the trigger on the Briggs to Washington trade.

Who says that something similar cannot happen this year?

As long as we target the o-line with our pick, I don't freakin' care.

This win against the Packers blows our chance at an elite pick. Now I'm sure we will trade down to the bottom of the first round in order to pick up another 3rd round and a 6th.

The highest the Bears would've picked was probably 9. I don't think that is really "elite". Looks like the Bears will probably be 11 or 12 with a loss next week. But I agree that it is much more likely that Angelo trades down now. With all the holes on this team, that might not be a bad thing. But only if he drafts all offense.

At the highest we were going to pick 8th anyways.

I don't care where we pick, so long Angelo doesn't get cheap or make a bad move. I want us to get the BPA based on what our NEEDS are! That's all. I dont know what our 2nd Round slot is (if we have one or not), but I suggest going for Joe Flacco (QB).

Yeah you guys are right. For some reason I was hoping if we lost out, we could get #5-6, but that was probably not possible. I'm happier with us picking in the top 10 of the 2nd-6th rounds than with our #1 pick.

I'm not very impressed with this crop of QB's. At this point none of them stand out to me.

I guess I'd let Berrian walk and pick up Limas Sweed from UT (this is pre-combine).

New Orleans is still behind of us cause they have a better conference record.
