Maynor plays battier defense on mamba, gets called for a foul.
Ibake? scores on odom and gets fouled, no call

I thought the Refs were very consistent....they let these teams play for the most part. Cant complain about them. OKC had its chances but let them slip away. I hope they can put their emotions aside and bounce back in games 3 and 4. Got to take advantage of loud city.

Yeah, tought the refs weren't too bad.
Obivously its the champs in their place, so they have more respect than we do.
But that's to be expected.

I'm still wondering why you would go for a 3 in that situation tough. I mean, the refs aren't going to give KD or anybody on our team easy free throw at the end of the game, still, why a 3, that early in the possession?

Westbrook played good I tough, Kevin scored well, good D too, but too many costly turnovers.
The team as a whole made me proud tonight, and I'm thinking we can take both if we play like that in OKC.
Jeff, however..What's to say? I've been a fervent defender of him all year, and i wasn't that impressed with giving Ibaka playing time.
Both of them managed to prove me very wrong.

Not much to add. I hate the three point call (every time..), I'm now 100% convinced Jeff Green will never be a starting PF on a championship team, James Harden looks like a 12 year old playing with men, Eric Maynor makes me nervous every time he has the ball, and we lost another winnable game with poor execution down the stretch.

Ibaka was great, defense was great for the most part, I liked how Durant attacked today (keep the TO's down though), and I thought Krstic played excellent when he was in.

It's a shame because the way our defense is locked in I think we could have beaten any other team in the first round.

agreed...... the past month or so I was really worried about our defense, but these first 2 games have showed me that we just got lazy to end the season. I really think last night was the best defense we played all season, and probably the best game we played all year relative to the comp.

I disagree. We won 50 games this year with Jeff as our PF. I think he can start on a championship team depending on who he plays for. I see A LOT of Rashard Lewis in him. Ideally he should be a 3 but KD is our answer to that position, which leads to Scotty Brooks putting out a smaller lineup. Jeff has been irrelevant in this matchup with LA because he's just too undersized. Pau Gasol and Bynum are bigger than him and have a better post up game. Jeff has been a solid defender these last two games but the shots arent falling for him.

I feel much better after this game than I felt after the first game. Of course Im pissed, because this was a great opportunity to even the series 1-1 and go home with the home court advantage. In my eyes that would've meant a game 7. This way, its more likely to go 4-1, but hey, we almost won in LA and we're heading home, so the team should feel good about that. Pretty sure we'll win game 3, more critical will be game 4. If we manage to win both than we're in good shape again. However, wont be easy. Also the Lakers are gonna play probably better, therefore Im expecting close games til the very end of this series.

Let's go Thunder, let's make this a series tomorrow!
Life may not be the party we hoped for but while we are here we might as well dance!

Rookie James Harden absolutely must step his life game up. Westbrook needs to continue dissecting the dead Fish. KD just needs to do him. The crowd will be pumped, and we spanked them here last time, so I'm liking our chances in this one.

yea, that would've been siick! Game changing siick..

So close..Green and Harden need to snap out of it! I would have kept Thabo on Kobe but meh, I understand Brooks reasoning.

We got the next two!!
