Does the PM to Mods function work for everyone?[SOLVED]

I read a thread on the Raptors board a couple of weeks ago about the PM function working again and yesterday a mod told me to use that instead of complaining about a warning in that thread. Is the PM function actually back and if so why is it disabled for me?

There is no button for me to click on where it says "Contact Yuri Vaultin" on your profile page and i get this message when i try to click on the compose message function in my inbox "You are not authorised to send private messages."

Does this have something to do with that COPPA thing(i clicked on the under 13 button accidentally when i registered) and i think one of the Admins said they couldn't do anything about it. It could have also been because i was suspended once before but that was almost a year ago and i haven't been warned since except for Yesterday which is what i wanted to clear up with Little Ozzy.

Avenger,

I looked at your preferences and you have permission to send and receive private messages so the problem doesn't lie there. Although it should have any effect on private messaging, I removed you from the COPPA group and placed you in the regular registered users group. Let me know if that corrected the problem.
