I thought the positive things said about the Packers and Grant were nice. It is pretty incredible that Grant doesn't get more credit for his amazing run over the last 10 weeks. Scouts Inc. for instance had the Packers RB's ranked 9th overall in the playoffs out of the 12 teams.
Scouts Inc.
"Grant is neither the most explosive nor most elusive running back in the league, but he runs hard and is a quality north-south runner who forces opposing defenses to honor the Packers' ground game."
I think this really doesn't give justice to Grant's big play ability. He's tied with AP for the 3rd most runs of 20+ yards yet they all came in the last 10 games. He's easily one of the most explosive runners in football. You'd think they'd mention his big play running ability instead of making him sound like a meat pail kind of runner.

I think what gives Grant all these 20+ yard runs is his exceptional vision and cut back ability. It's just amazing watching him and seeing how patient he is waiting for the blocks to develop and then hitting the hole hard.

The funny thing is, the main gripe I had with him his first two games of lots of PT was his inability to cut at the second level. In those first few games, he'd get 5-10 yards down field and put his head down and blast into someone instead of looking to bounce outside or cut back inside. On several of those runs, there was a huge amount of yardage left on the field by him by not cutting. Now, he's one of the best in the league at that.
He probably just needed to get back into the flow of playing the game after not getting any action over several years.
