THIS IS FOR ALL YOU HAWAII AND COLT BRENNAN HATERS!!!!!

Post#1 » by memgrizzlies » Tue Dec 4, 2007 11:58 pm

I THINK ALL YALL ARE JUST JEALOUS THAT YALL DONT HAVE COLT BRENNAN. YALL WILL FINALLY SEE AND RECOGNIZE HOW GOOD COLT BRENNAN ACTUALLY IS. AND DONT GIVE ME ALL THAT CRAP ABOUT HOW WERE ONLY UNDEFEATED BECAUSE "WE HAVE THE WORST SCHEDULE IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL". DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GIVING ME THAT CRAP. IF A TEAM CAN GO UNDEFEATED IN A COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON, NO MATTER HOW EASY THEIR SCHEDULE IS, THEY SHOULD BE IN THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. THESE BOWLS ARE RIGGED BIG TIME. THEY SHOULD HAVE A PLAYOFF SYSTEM. THATS THE ONLY WAY WE WOULD GET IN THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. NOT BECAUSE WERE NOT GOOD, BECAUSE WERE THE BEST TEAM IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL, ITS BECAUSE THEY WOULD NEVER PUT HAWAII IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. NO MATTER HOW GOOD WE ARE THEY JUST WOULDNT DO IT. THE HEISMAN AND THE BOWLS ARE ALL MESSED UP. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT AARE BIG NAME TEAMS AND PLAYERS, SUCH AS OHIO STATE. YOU SEE, OHIO STATE'S SHEDULE IS JUST AS TERRIBLE AS OURS AND THEY STILL HAVE ONE LOSS. LAST TIME I CHECKED, WE HAD 0 LOSSES. DID YOU HEAR THAT? O LOSSES.

i love it when flashy QBs with good looks excite 15 yr olds.

Also, OSU s schedule wasnt as terrible as hawaii. not even close.

I seem to remember commenting on this in like 3 or 4 other threads...and I'm too lazy to repeat myself.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

This thread fails. But do you know how many teams would have been undefeated with that schedule?

For the record, the answer is 17.

It's all about the name. If he was Pussywillow Sunshine, no one would be singing his praises, but Colt Brennan just has that NFL ring to it.

Colt's face was priceless when the backup came into the game and threw a touchdown.

Colt Brennan proved to me last night that he wouldn't survive in the NFL.

He was noticably afraid of the Georgia D, and that fear made him make incredibly rash decisions, ones that would make Eli Manning look Peyton Manning. Brennan made Hawaii look like... well, Hawaii.

If he is still considered a 1st rounder after last night's performance, then I don't really know what to think.

I have had this argument with a few family members all year long. I don't believe he's cut out myself and he had a true awaking last night.

He looked like Bad Rex without the strong arm. It's like he had absolutely no concept of what to do when pressured--precisely what McShay said about him last year when Colt was expected to enter the draft.

He's not of my jurisdiction, but I never thought much of him to begin with. And after watching that and watching him in the LA Tech game (they got good pressure up the gut), I would grade him "free agent", not even "priority free agent". IMO Timmy Chang was better.
