Bulls Trade: Deng, #17 or future Bobcats 1st
Receive: Hawes, Rudy, Przy
Noah/Asik/B.Miller
Bosh (signed)/Taj
Joe Johnson or Gay (S&T for Hawes, Przy and future 1st)/J.Johnson
Hinrich/Rudy
Rose/Hinrich
The Bulls cut long-term salary commitments while adding 2 decent prospects. They'd still have the assets to sign a max FA AND the assets to acquire another one. This deal gives the Bulls a fantastic roster that is ready to contend for the next 5 years.
Kings Trade: Hawes, Noc
Receive: Deng
#3 - Cousins/JT
Landry/JT/Brockman
Deng/Casspi or Greene
Tyreke/Garcia
Udrih/FA or player acquired for Greene (or Casspi)
The Kings get a 2-way 3 who is a top defender at his position and could be a good fit long-term with Tyreke as he is still young. Deng is overpaid but his contract would easily be manageable due to the young talent on the roster still being paid a rookie scale contract for the next 3 years.
Blazers Trade: Rudy, Przy
Receive: Noc, #17 or future Bobcats 1st
Oden/Camby/project C (to be groomed as eventual Camby replacement????)
Aldridge/Pendergraph/Noc
Batum/Noc/Webster
Roy/Webster
Dre/Bayless/vet min or Mills?
The Blazers get rid of an unhappy and disappointing player that plays the same position as their franchise player. Noc could be a decent fit and is on a descending contract with few years left, and they also get a 2nd 1st in an attempt to move up the draft (perhaps the #17 and #22 for the #11 or #12?)

Deng does not have the range necessary to play in sacramento. We can not afford to put a non shooter next to Evans. I think the value is Ok but I wouldn't take on all of that salary for a poor fit.

Re: Bulls/Kings/Blazers - Deng to Sacramento
Deng is still young enough to add 3pt shooting to his arsenal, he does take a lot of long jumpers. The Kings could pick up a 3pt specialist to bring off the bench/situational in the offseason as this doesn't really affect their cap. It's not like there are many decent 3pt shooters who are also very good defenders...

Don't exactly see why Portland does it. Nocioni has declined lately and while Rudy is disgruntled they could move him, if not for something better, then atleast for someone without that kind of contract.

Re: Bulls/Kings/Blazers - Deng to Sacramento
I see NO reason for Portland to do this. Yes, the fans have soured on Rudy a bit this season and I would imagine management has, as well (to some extent), but this deal is horrid. Przybilla is easy money right now since insurance will be paying his salary for a bit next season until he is able to return. At that point, the Blazers will know whether they should keep Przybilla (another Oden injury) or if he is expendable (healthy Oden). I would probably use Rudy to move up in this summer's draft if there is a player the Blazers are targeting. Frankly, if the Blazers are patient, I think they can do better (overall) than Nocioni and a #17 pick. If nothing else, a healthy Przybilla and Rudy should get you a pick at least #17 without the burden of taking on Nocioni.
