1. Spain ACB
2. Greece A1 (pretty close to Spain ACB)
3. VTB United (in the future it might well be #1)
huge gap in quality after that with leagues like Italy and Adriatic being next. The second divisions of Spain, Italy, and Greece are also better than some of those first division European leagues.

You overrate adriatic league, it is clearly behind Italy and Greece, and maybe even Russia and Turkey.
Also i think you pu Lith league too high, sure there are 2 really good teams but most are semi-amateurs, it would rank it behind the baltic league, Germany and legadue IMO.
Italia Greece and Russia's Leagues have two very good teams in each league, but teams from the middle/low part of the league decrease fairly the level of this leagues.
While Adriatic League has no two super-teams, but I think the league level is higher.
(Excuse me for my English)

Adriatic League is definitely one of the best in Europe but you are greatly overrating it.
For example,
Greece = 3 teams in Euroleague top 16
Adriatic = 2 teams in Euroleague top 16
Greece = 2 teams in Eurocup playoffs
Adriatic = 0 teams in Eurocup playoffs
The one Adriatic team that made the Euroleague playoffs, Partizan, lost the season head to head match up with the third best Greek team Maroussi. The one Greek team that made the Euroleague playoffs, Olympiacos, is definitely better than Partizan is.
In the Eurocup, the Greek club Panellinios won their head to head with the Spanish club Gran Canaria and finished first in that same group that had Gran Canaria. While the Adriatic club Red Star finished 3rd in the group with Gran Canaria, and Gran Canaria won it.
Also in the Eurocup, the Greek club Aris swept their head to head match up with the Adriatic club Zadar, and Aris won that group, while Zadar finished 3rd. In the Euroleague, Greek club Olympiacos swept Adriatic club Cibona. Greek club Panathinaikos won their head to head match up with Adriatic club Partizan.
Greek club Maroussi swept Adriatic club Olimpija. Greek club Olympiacos won their match up with Adriatic club Partizan. In fact Greece won every single match up with every single Adriatic club in both leagues, winning all 6 head to head match ups with Adriatic clubs. Winning all 6 is much more than a mere coincidence. And this was not a mere two teams as you imply. It was 5 Greek clubs, Aris, Panellinios, Maroussi, Panathinaikos, Olympiacos that won 6 head to head match ups with the Adriatic clubs. Very bizarre results if Greece is a two team league and Adriatic is a several team league.
Greek clubs record in the Euroleague so far = 29-19
Adriatic clubs record in the Euroleague so far = 13-25
Greek clubs record in the Eurocup so far = 16-8
Adriatic clubs record in the Eurocup so far = 12-12
Greek clubs European record overall so far = 45-27
Adriatic clubs record overall so far = 25-37
The Adriatic League which you say is deeper than Greece only managed a 500 record in Eurocup and none of its teams even made the playoffs. While the 2 Greek Eurocup clubs had very good records and made the playoffs. Again how does that make Greece a 2 team league and Adriatic a deep league?
And this can be much further expressed when you consider that the Greek club Aris made the Eurocup playoffs, something that all the Adriatic clubs failed to do. The Greek club Aris has a record in the Greek league of 9-11 .450. The records of those Adriatic clubs in Adriatic league?
Hemofarm = 16-9 .640
Zadar = 12-13 .480
Red Star = 11-13 .458
All three of them with better winning percentages than Aris in Greek league. If Greece is a "2 team league" and Adriatic is a "deep league" then how come a Greek club that has a worse record in Greek league made the Eurocup playoffs and none of those Adriatic clubs did? Even though they all have better winning percentages in Adriatic league than Aris does in Greece? How come Aris swept Zadar 2-0 in their head to head match up?
Besides that, in Greece, Panionios, Peristeri, Kolossos, PAOK are all as good or better clubs than Aris is.
And don't tell me that the remaining Adriatic club in Euroleague, Partizan will have the same chance to make the final four as the remaining Euroleague club from Greece, Olympiacos.
Actually, Greece could very well win both the Euroleague and Eurocup this season. Adriatic league has no shot at winning either.
There is absolutely no way in hell Adriatic league is even comparable to Greek league. Sure it was one of the better leagues in Europe, but it is far from the level of Greek league. It is not even remotely close by a wide margin to the Greek league. Anyone saying Adriatic league is better than Greek league is telling a fib.

Elite leagues:
1. ACB (Spain) - trending up
2. A1 (Greece) - trending up
3. VTB United League (Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Ukraine) - trending up
gap to the mid-level leagues
4./5. Serie A (Italy) - trending down and Adriatic League (former Yugoslav nations) - trending down
about the same level I think for Italy and Adriatic
gap
6. TBL (Turkey) - trending down
7. Pro A (France) - stable
8. Bundesliga (Germany) - trending up
9. Super League (Israel) - stable
gap
10. Baltic League (Baltic region) - trending down
11. PLK (Poland) - trending up
12. SuperLeague (Ukraine) - trending down
13. NBL (Czech Republic) - trending up
14. LBL (Latvia) - trending up
15. Ethias League (Belgium) - trending up
I don't think the other leagues are really that worth mentioning. I would put the Baltic League at about #7, but I'm not sure if Zalgiris or Rytas are going to compete there anymore.
