Well guys it was an awful series for us, I am happy the heart we showed in the last 2 games though. We just couldn't make it.

I want to make a new thread but at the same time i don't feel like it.

Players I want back:
Haslem less than 5.5 mil a year
Q less than 3 mil a year
Wright less than 3 mil a year
Arroyo less than 1 mil a year
Joel Less than 2
JO only if he takes less than 4 mil a year, contract not to exceed 2yrs

Demote spo, bring in a coach that likes to run. Bring in the two max of Wade and a PF - bosh, amare, boozer, or dirk. As a pg i would love hinrich. Matter fact if we can trade beasley for hinrich and a 1st.

Guys Spo isn't going to just accept being demoted. Would you do that at your own job?

He would go coach somewhere else.

Maybe they can "promote" him to President of Scouting and Video Editing? :D

So there's no chance of Lebron coming here?

I really believe he will resign with cleveland. Besides he got his head so far up his ass I would love for Wade to flash more rings than the "king" at the end of their careers.

Didn't matter what we did this year, no chance at doing anything in the playoffs. This is the main reason for my Beasley frustration. We wasted a year where he could of learn't the NBA game at a higher level, and more important find a consistant way to play/score. The pressure of keeping Wade has cost this team development. The weak attempt of trying to win to keep Wade happy just didn't help the Miami Heat. I don't see him staying here beyond this season, he's been inconsistant as well as his PT, and he seems pretty frustrated with it all. It's gonna be impossible to keep him around and have him get the time he needs to develop with Bosh/Amare.

I just hope he doesn't go in a trade for any of those guys. Hopefully we can ship him for a good PG. What we people think of Darren Collison playing PG? Paul is back from injury and still young,, reducing his role for next season. A feel a perfect PG for us would be Rubio. Beasley's value wouldn't be high enough to secure him, but first rounders n Beasley might interest Minny since they haven't gotten anything from him yet, and alreay have PG's. He is very young and not played in the NBA but he loves to pass the ball and if we got Wade+Amare that is a perfect PG. What are the logistics with Rubio. If he not come over to Minny in the next X years does he become FA?

Besides that only real options are older guys, which would seem reasonable as we have a late playoff push in mind. Unsure of who's available so not going to throw up any names. But if they can dribble, hit a shot from 20ft+ and see the floor well then he's our guy.

I'm the boys coach at the middle school I teach at. We need a girls coach, and if that doesn't work out, I could use an extra assistant - but he has no say on the offense whatsoever.

Okay probably people got me wrong. We didn't play well but considering that everybody outside of Wade sucked it was okay. Usually you expect a team to get blown out but we still hung in there.

Overall I wouldn't be too disappointed to not see anybody from this team aside of Wade anymore next year. I mean Dorell and Q were solid, UD had a solid season but I'd just resign them at the right price because none of them has really given me enough to pay them.

Lebron can come here and we can become a dynasty but at the end of the day Wade could still flash one more ring at him. (If the cavs dont win this season ofcourse which i dont think they will)

I wanna give Spo a legit team, before totally dumping on him hard.
Though he is to stiff with his adjustments, also makes little adjustments, I never see a complete hard adjustment.
Tonight, puts Wade on Rondo, but still has Arroyo on Ray Allen, which then creates another mismatch. So is like not even making an adjustment.
Arroyo stuck some of his shots, but it seem kind of dumb, doing a defensive adjustment, but then with that same adjustment, leaves another opening in another area.

He should have gone full fledge adjustment.
The whole defense revamp.
Or just go full flege offense, but considering most of our guys couldn't hit a shot all series, I figure why not go out with out best defenders from the start of the game. Not when you are down 21 points in the third quater.

I don't think Spo was a great coach this year. But then, I think coaching is overrated in general. Doc Rivers was a terrible coach for years, then he got Ray/KG/Pierce/Rondo, and now he's great.

I just get sick of the fact that everything on this board is always dumbed down to "play Beasley more". Even in the last damn game of the season.

Forget this game, just look at the numbers the 2nd half of the year. Beasley shot 41% from the field for like the last 40 games of the season, and STILL kept his starters spot and played more minutes than Haslem.

How much do we have to baby him?

Wade just now: "Like I said before, this playoff series had no effect on my decision for my future. And i'll tell you this, this will be my last 1st round playoff loss for a while."

Thanks for the link.

Wade looks down over the loss, but I feel like he's going to stay. He's talked about beefing up our roster, etc. The ball is in Riley's court.

Wade kind of avoiding questions about his future, but did hint about wanting to build "this roster".

Did he trip on his words, or intentionally say "give" twice when he was saying.

"It was tough for Spo to bench Udonis, and give, give, the starting spot to Mike."

Thanks haslem for your professionalism and hard work. I think this is the last we seen Haslem in a Heat Un.
