Try running some plays this time. What the Jazz do, is the PG (Deron Williams) will look at Jerry sloan, who will hold up 5 fingers when he wants to run a pick and roll. For the going rate, I can come show up to the Nuggets pre-game shoot around and show y'all how if you want.

I'd be pretty surprised if the Jazz win.. with home cookin' and typical NBA joke league officiating  , I just don't see how we win 4 in a row in the playoffs BUT we'll see. Should be close.

Good luck.

A better title would be, Game 5: Melo and his peeps of Utah vs Jazz.

Denver wasn't getting home cooking in the first two games. Looked more like they were playing Jazz on the road.

haven't been able to post much lately, been nothing short of disappointed with this series. but haven't lost faith. i have no doubt we can take it to 7, it's going to take everyone playing 100% to do it though.

We will win this game!!!! Trust my girls and we will beat Jazz in 7. If we win, you guys gotta trust me to put my girls for the rest of the series :)

Why her? Emmanuelle has always been true and real to herself... whether people like her or not. Her hotness is due to her authenticity of being herself. The Nuggets need to be themselves to beat the Jazz... they can't let self-doubt creep them, they have to feel good about who they are and they will be victorious in this series. 8-) Her shirt "End the Silence" says it all! It's time for us to end our silence!!!

---

DENVER (AP)—The Denver Nuggets will have Chauncey Billups(notes) guard Deron Williams(notes) from the start of Game 5 against the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night.

Williams said after shootaround that he considers himself the best point guard in the NBA right now, and he won’t get any argument from the Nuggets.

Williams has joined Oscar Robertson (1965), Kevin Johnson (1989) and Magic Johnson (1990) as the only players in NBA history to register at least 20 points and 10 or more assists in each of the first four games of a playoff series.

So, the Nuggets are turning to Billups, who has 137 games of playoff experience and was on one of the eight teams that have overcome 3-1 playoff deficits (Detroit over Orlando in 2003), in hopes he can do a better job of guarding Williams than Aaron Afflalo has.

Should have been this way in the first place. It's not that Billups can guard Deron... I don't think Gary Payton in his prime could have guarded Deron... but this move does not render AAA useless. By putting AAA on Miles/ Matthews, AAA can finally have a defensive impact on the game. He's one of the better defenders in the NBA (I suspect he'll be in the second/ even first All Defensive Team when it's released)... but make sure that skill is utilized! Putting him on guy who's like 1000x faster, quicker, more athetlic than he is not going to do it.

Billups will still be eaten alive but at least this time AAA can make impact defensively on those scrubs turn stars Miles/ Matthews.

We just gotta play Nuggets basketball... play the way we know how to play, the right way. We've been playing more like streetball so far... now it's time to change all that.

^Thanks :)

Deron has been way too **** aggressive... we gotta put his ass on the floor and just swarm him. Way too **** aggressive. But it is mostly our fault... now it's time to undo it.

This^^^

He drives and just jumps into someone. It's annoying. Someone needs to lay him out with a hard foul, because he's too comfortable taking contact with us.

Someone needs to remember Karl's mantra: "trust the pass". Whatever happens to it? Only J.R. exhibits it so far

lol I don't care if he's the best scorer in the history of basketball... but when a guy drives end to end into the teeth of our defense, with no hesitation, with no second thought, thinking like "I'm so gonna score on them"... you gotta be insulted. That's an insult, and if I was AD, I'd tell them Deron is insulting us...

Good Nene is injured... he's way too passive and Johan Petro is 1000x times more aggressive than him anyway. Petro can pass too. Knee sprain should keep him out for the rest of series. Even better.

Only complaint is yet another injury adds to his notoriety as an injury prone guy and worsens his trade value.
