I feel like this was a flubbed attempt at a great idea. Wtf do those cash values mean? Doesn't make any sense, but I like the sentiment.

that's what i thought, but then people were saying they loved it, so i thought maybe i was missing something.

the first item is an amount that it would cost you, the second is an amount you'd get paid and then i won't even get into whether or not he was the one to "lead' us to the playoffs

It is a bit tricky to understand but I think they mean you get $0 for winning ROY, you get paid millions to avg 20 pts, and the third part says leading them in the playoffs not to the playoffs, which is priceless. :D

Why the hell were they up till 5:30 am? There isn't anything to do in Milwaukee. I'm surprised our TV's even work that late/early into the night/day.

I'm sure a lot of players didn't sleep on either team.

I think the pressure has clearly shifted in this series. Read the Simmons column. Read the comments from their fans. The Hawks have been left for dead. It's almost like they're expected to lose tonight.

The Bucks on the other hand have been given a good amount of love in the last two days, rightfully so. But a lot of people are acting like a 2nd round birth is a foregone conclusion. I'm far from that train of thought.

The Bucks have to remember that they're the ones who are undermanned. They're the ones with a talent discrepancy. They're the ones with the slim margin for error.

To quote a freakin' sweet movie, they "need to be doing it better and cleaner than the next guy". With the pressure now on them, I hope like hell they rise to the occasion.

Do you live in a van down by the river? Because that motivated even me.

DB, you should give the pregame speech. 8-)

77 degrees out. What an afternoon to be downtown barhopping and chillaxing at the Harp before the lame 6pm start time.

Maybe they were scared about ghosts?

I can't remember but one of the downtown hotels has rumors of ghosts wandering the halls, saw the story on TLC a few years back.

We should be good for the rest of the day! Hopefully lots of folks can get out of work early to get a lil drink on and enjoy downtown MKE in its spring glory.

They couldn't sleep because they just lost a playoff series to an undermanned Bucks team they should of put away in 5 games at the most. Very disappointing for Hawks fans. Good luck in Orlando! Whether it was the Hawks or Bucks either one of us would get swept by Orlando.

Wish I were home, I'd be at the games and partying til the sunrise, but alas I am unable to even watch the games from 7,000 miles away. Many thanks to the board for all of your posts that help us fans over here feel like we are there, as we race to the internet after breakfast to find out the final score of the game and high five and grin like fools all day long basking in the glow of victory.

GO BUCKS!!!!

I think we are gonna have to paint FEAR THE DEER on the side of the MRAP, lol...
