#
# Bynum to get MRI tomorrow on knee hyperextended when Krstic boxed him out. "Nah, I'm not too worried," Bynum said.

Let's pray to God he's right

While, yes, Pau stepped up at the end of the game last night, no apologies will be given for some incredibly weak performances during the regular season. He even faded into pansy Pau mode multiple times last night with Kobe out of the game.

I hear you, without Pau, we're looking at Game 7. So I get your point. But remember this: This is the man who wants to be the 1B to Kobe. With that comes criticism when you don't step up. I gave Pau props last night, but no apologies will be given.

I'd trade him to Cleveland for Varejao in a heartbeat

# In short, Bynum will play as he can through the discomfort. 5 minutes ago via TweetDeck

# Last June, a very small tear in the same place existed and Bynum's played through it all year. Friday's hyperextension aggravated it. 6 minutes ago via TweetDeck

# Bynum result: a small tear of the anterior horn of the lateral miniscus. He can play through it & is questionable for Game 1. 7 minutes ago via TweetDeck

Yep, officially out the window. It's pretty much a guarantee that his knees will forever have some sort of problem. It will now be about tempering those problems and keeping him in as many games as possible

Lakers center Andrew Bynum(notes) has a small tear in the meniscus in his right knee, leaving him questionable for Los Angeles’ second-round playoff opener against the Utah Jazz.

Bynum probably won't be needed in this series anyway with the Jazz probably looking to speed up the tempo with Okur out. Sit him for game 1 and hope he can manage the pain for the remainder of the series and the playoffs.
