The Cincy people I've talked to all say he's there as a return specialist and not a CB. He'll start no higher than 5th on the CB depth chart and will not pass the top 3 (Joseph, Hall, Trent).

Just the way the contract is structured he'll be real easy to cut before the season starts.

Why this guy even gets signed again in the NFL at all is beyond me. I could kind of understand if it was a team trying to make a media splash to garner some national attention, but is that something Cincy really needs right now?
This guy is a cancer and possibly a murderer. He isn't even that talented.
Just a black eye for the NFL, in my humble opinion...
