Cathouse is a must. Can't remember how many posters took part last season, but expansion would be great.

I didn't take part in the fantasy draft, but it made for a nice read.

Last Cathouse draft started in August and there were 8 of us. How far do we expand and when do we start? I'm thinking the NBA draft is going to be a bit of a dead period for us unless we are involved in rumors that involve getting a pick... Free Agency is pretty full of news worthy events and we have Tyrus and Felton to worry about, but that isn't until July 1, iirc. We'll have the summer league to talk about, I think that's in July also.

Is it at all possible to keep the gang of regulars together until then or do we need to bump that baby up? Seems like a surefire way to satiate at least 2 weeks of the dead period that is destined to happen b/w the end of summer league and training camp. I imagine something will inspire me over the next couple of days, but for now I got nothing as far as new ideas of things to draft go.

Oh, and I initially came in here to mention that I'm super excited about Machida/Shogun II on Saturday. I expect it to be the fight everyone thought their first meeting would be. Got distracted trying to plan my realgm summer...

Count me in, just remind me before it starts (anything excluding (american) football or baseball).

After my resounding victory last cathouse draft, I'll be more than glad to defend my title. It would be nice to expand it to 10/12 or so to get more loveliness in the mix

I had my own version of the Hangover last night. I woke up to a disassembled Christmas tree, **** on the futon, and a hamster in the bathroom with a necklace on that said "Feed Me Bitch." I don't own a hamster. I don't know what I drank last night, but I want to do it again.

LMFAO, this site is GOLD.

This is a good point, with no draft to get us through July, we're not going to have anything NEW to talk about (I guess besides potential roster moves) from June to October. The Cathouse draft should be the centerpiece, happening late in the offseason as a call back to regulars lost to the summer months. I recommend that it stay with an "everyone wins" mentality as well, but I look forward to reshaping the categories, last time they were way too flexible.

Fats' scavenger hunt draft was awesome, I forget who won and what the teams looked like though. We should do that again, but it can only be after the draft so that you can have a rookie on each squad.

Early in the Koscheck/Daley fight, Daley threw a knee to Kos while he was technically grounded. In the replay it looked like it was pretty obvious that Kos was at least embellishing the impact of the illegal shot, if not outright diving to sell a phantom strike (the knee either grazes him or wiffs completely). This turns the crowd against Kos (rightfully so), but after the fight ends Daley sucker punches Kos, which drew some cheers initially. During Koscheck's victory speech he's being heavily boo'd, so he embraces the moment to be a pro wrestling heel and calls out the crowd and brings up how his Penguins are going to end the Canadiens' playoff run. Apparently he had a lot of trash thrown at him on his way to the back. The Canadian fighters on the main card went 0-2, so bad night all around.

Shogun looked awesome against Lyoto. Machida seemed to be fighting his fight, getting takedowns and working from the ground and Rua lands a sick punch that drops Machida and Shogun falls after him into full mount. Good for the UFC, now when Spider has the extra incentive of jumping to LHW to avenge his training partner.

Machida seemed like he was doing fine, the ending seemed really abrupt. Good for Shogun, he really took it to him.
