Unfortunately gine_giode is right! We simply have no chance in this series. We have no offensive gameplan, heart, mental toughness or a head coach with a clue. I hope we can at least be competitive tonight and not lose by 15+ pts. Make it look at least respectable when we lose.

^ If they are mindful and contest the 3 pt of the Magic, they have a chance to make it close. But a big part of Atlanta's offense in the regular season is the fast break so they need to run and gun to produce offense to stay with them for 42 minutes. Maybe then they will have a chance to steal one.

This is why I said earlier this season to attack Dwight directly.

Awesome. Apparently Dwight does foul anymore. Those lack of calls is gonna cost us this game. DAMNIT TO HELL
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

Rebounding farts have cost us countless points.

Let's see if Smoove can find where his game went before the 2nd half begins. Al, Craw and Joe looking pretty good so far.

Let's hold on here...go HAWKS!

Nice to see 57 points at the half. I was getting pissed seeing Morris and Collins in there. Those are "break glass in case of emergency" players. If Horford isn't in foul trouble he should be in the game. Woody is so afraid of guys getting in foul trouble that he basically fouls them out with 2 in the first and 4 in the second.

15-15 from the line.

Complete 180 from game one.

Yeah...the foul trouble thing is annoying. There's no point in monitoring the backup big's minutes when you know that none of them will finish the game. The world won't come to an end because Zaza picked up 2 1st half fouls.

That's a minor complaint though. They're playing great right now.

Much better effort to this point. I actual like the use of Collins and Morris to buy some trips that Al doesn't have to match up on Dwight. Especially with Al in at PF. I just wish Morris would save his fouls for Dwight and not bump Vince Carter 25 feet from the hoop. Collins got hosed on one of his fouls as Dwight lead with his left shoulder into Jason's chest. Impressed that for the most part we've guarded the 3 point shot well.

Still a long way away from a complete game. I'm interested to see if we can go the 2nd half without falling into the iso offense trap. If we can avoid one of our patented droughts maybe we steal one.

Stan tends to make very good adjustments after the half, but Woodson not so much. I hope we can continue this success during the second and Woodson won't be able to go with the same plan.

Continue to attack Dwight!

2 of Collins fouls were BS but Morris was just in the way and Dwight embarrassed him on 2 consecutive plays. He should never play.

Such a dumb team. Howard goes to the bench and the Hawks just throw the ball away over and over.

Not a surprise that we blow the lead right away considering that Van Gundy made adjustments, and Woodson probably told the team to fight hard.

Josh is playing like an idiot but he's actually hitting his free throws. IDK if that's a good trade off.

I have no stats to back this up....but I maintain that no team plays worse defense with the shot clock off than the Hawks. Apart of that is because Mario West dumb fouls...but a bigger reason is because they never make the guy who catches the ball on the inbounds pass the ball before he gets to half court.
