Gil - And the Princeton wasn't a PG oriented system, and when Flip tried to make Gil control the ball more he imploded. So I'd say having a true PG next to him who's got the size to defend twos would be a perfect fit. Wall would be nice but Livingston is also a good solution.

Haywood - We liked BH because his contribution far exceeded what he was being paid. Once he gets paid for his defense then I'll be a little more neutral about him coming back.

Beasley - We have a playoff quality guard in Gil, and a playoff quality PF in Blatche. We need another guard, a SF, and a C. At C: Someone needs to smack some sense into McGee. Probably the dude is trying really hard, but he is just not getting it. He needs to bulk up mostly, I think. Most of his mental problems result from it being so much more complicated to play good defense when you are too thin. Being stronger will simplify the defensive game for him. Moving Gil to the two and having Livingstone at the PG might solve our problems at SG, as would Nick Young gaining the confidence of the coaches (Flip said he was a really effective one on one defender and his only issue with him defensively is mentally getting off the ball defense, which I assume means getting through screens and anticipating plays and cutting them off, stuff like that).

At SF, would it be better to bring back Josh Howard or trade for Beasley? I'm kind of inclined to just go with Josh Howard.
