Look at the list of NBA centers. Most of them are far worse than Sofo, even when he is out of shape. That's by far the weakest position in the NBA. The NBA is extremely weak and poor at the center position.

What kind of money do you see him getting? Cause only in the final game there´s at least three better Cs than he

The level of centers in the Euroleague final has nothing to do with the NBA. None of them play in the NBA and they are all better than most of the centers in the NBA.

Not a very good game by Rubio.

Vazquez already gave notice that he's not interested in the NBA. As far as Schortsanitis goes, all signs point to him going to the NBA with Clippers, probably the case after today's game.

It was his girlfriend who wasn't interested in the NBA. If only he had a new girlfriend... who knows...

Sofo has some clear translatable skills for the NBA where the isolation is large part of there game plans, i can really see him shining (if his conditioning/weight stay under control) as a low post scorer on isolations or pick and roll plays for 20 minutes.

Yeah, it's funny seeing the things some NBA fans say. They don't even realize it's easier to score in the low post in the NBA.

Those are huge issues against a team like Barca.

Certainly there is no doubt that Olympiacos is a more talented team, they are stronger basically almost man to man at every spot in the rotation. But they will have to play much smoother offense to beat Barca.

Olympiacos should win but they are a flawed team. On the other hand, Barca is just a predictable overrated team that has probably run its course. They play hard defense and they are deep and they hit a lot of threes. The problem is if they don't hit the threes they are only able to win by playing a lock down defense game, which probably won't work with Olympiacos.

If it was Barca versus the old CSKA or a healthy PAO I think it would be easy that Barca would lose to a better team, but I'm not sure with Olympiacos, they don't seem to be a very smart club other than Papaloukas.

Basically, IMHO the game is decided on Navarro. If he hits his shots Barca will win, if he misses they will lose. So I expect Giannakis to roll out Vasilopoulos to guard Navarro and if he plays his normal defense he will shut down Navarro and Olympiacos will win. Vasilopoulos has a bad back though so he might not be able to play his normal defense.

Still, you can't trust Barca. They have a team that is super reliant on outside shooting, a coach that has a one trick pony mentality like a D'Antoni and they have a 19 year old point guard going against Papaloukas. Seems a bit too much for Barca even though Olympiacos isn't as good as the champions of recent times with the previous CSKA and PAO teams.

Excellent prediction

Terrence Morris had a block against Sofo that exposed all his flaws. That guy is slower than a turtle. I would much rather give a chance to Bouroussis, N´Dong or even Mavrokefalidis

One block doesnt say a lot. Everybody gets blocked, come on. Also Sofo is not slow for sure!. The only player that i saw faster than him on his size was Shaq. I am not saying that he will be a star, but nobody can stop him by him self going to the basket. Just ask DH.

Bouroussis is really nice player and fits well on the Spurs (he was rumored for them last season).

Mavrokefalidis is scrap.

I don't think Sofo will do well in the NBA. He is undersized and he won't be able to bully just anyone like he did against physically weaker centres in Europe.

Do not take offence but i saw that here, the people of out of Europe dont know anything about european basketball lol. Regal Barça was the obvious fauvorite team to win Euroleague.
You dont understand the stats, the match is shorter and there are more rotations. And here, assistance is assistance, no like NBA, assistance is doing a pass to player that score from middle of the court haha and the most elaborate play is pick´n roll lol....
