Washington is one of those teams that really has no foundation. They've spent so much money on WR's between Moss, Randle El, Brandon Lloyd and others but none are legit #1 receivers who make tough and clutch catches.

They are kind of like the Knicks of the NFL with how much money they have invested in star players who haven't been the same since going there like Clinton Portis

The Washington Redskins have traded all of their draft picks in recent years to bring in former Pro Bowlers.

I can't remember the number, but I think they've acquired over 20 former pro bowlers with draft picks and none of them repeated as pro bowlers with WAS.

So basically they're giving up young talent for washed up stars and now they're cupboard is empty.
