Sorry on the poor team effort guys, i'm sure you're disappointing and hurtin, i remember when my Lakers didn't show up in the Finals in 2008, I felt disappointed and ashamed of my team's effort. The saddest news I read on your team was by Brian Windhorst (Idk how credible he is lol) he said that he saw the whole team joking around during practice before this game and that LeBron was the most unfocused one out there. First off, i'd put the blame on your coach, he was painfully OBVIOUSLY outcoached. And LeBron needs to be more focused out there, you're team captain can't engage in the immature activities your teams does. I know you guys love your Cavs and I hope Danny Ferry can trade away/not re-sign pathetic pieces like Shaq, Mo Williams and build a better team. Clearly Jamison was a bad pick-up. Good luck in the off-season and I wish you the best, I remember how close we were to losing Kobe.

Damn guys, tough loss. Don't worry - 10 to 1 says that Lebron will be back in Clevland next season.

Sigh. That's all I can do is sigh. Reluctantly pulling off the Ilgauskas jersey and putting away theblue/orange Cavs hat for the last time.

Not trolling Cavs fans but what happened to Hickson? Thought he was a nice athletic spark for you guys.

Teams take the example of their leader. LBJ has no heart and the Cavs followed his lead.

LOL I am sure all the Cavs players would be amazing if they played on the Lakers.

I wouldn't necessarily say the Cavs team followed his lead tonight. It looked to me like everyone except Varejao alienated themselves from Lebron & showed no faith in him whatsoever. Mo Williams in particular. Lebron was finding the open shooters when he could; Jamison bricked on a couple wide open shots, Mo went to the hole everytime he fed him anywhere near the 3 point line, Varejoa couldn't finish at the rim & Parker missed a wide open mid-range jumper.

I don't know if the rest of the team lost faith in him because what has been said or just saw it in him that he wasn't feeling it tonight. I don't know. But there was defiantly trust issues on both ends.

I do agree that Lebron didn't show much heart or sense of urgency, but neither did anyone else. Mike Brown included.

This series was over after Game 5. How can anyone trust a guy who quits on them. Still, I was hoping for a better effort from the rest of the TEAM.

Was it just me or did LeBron have one of the quietest triple doubles in history... He just seemed to be going through the motions, and seemed not into the game... He`s been like that since game 5... I dont know what his problem was...

He seemed pissed off

I honestly think something happened in the Cavaliers locker room...either between LeBron and Mike Brown or Lebron and Moe Williams because that was not LeBron James playing tonight... It was like he was **** up and being passive aggressive..

Something happened in that locker room..

By the way Mike Brown will be fired in the off-season, you guys half-court offense is as stagnant and bad at times as the Hawks.. No reason for that..

I'd like us to hire Avery Johnson. He is a demanding coach who would be great to rebuild a team moving forward.

LeBron to the Bulls? 3 GMs think so

Boston Celtics fans were chanting "New York Knicks" during Thursday's Game 6 every time that LeBron James went to the foul line. Maybe they should've been chanting "Chicago Bulls."

Within minutes of the Cleveland Cavaliers' elimination at the hands of the Celtics, the speculation about LeBron James' next destination resumed in full force.

In the space of five minutes I heard from three NBA GMs via text, e-mail and phone. All three said that based on the information they have, they believe LeBron will leave the Cavs.

More surprisingly, all of them said they believe the destination will be the Chicago Bulls. Two said they believe that John Calipari will be the Bulls' new head coach.

One GM went a bit further in a phone call a few minutes later. "I think the Bulls are really going to go for it. Look for them to offer the Cavs Luol Deng in a sign-and-trade for LeBron. That will allow them to retain most of their cap space. Then they'll go after Dwyane Wade or Chris Bosh as well."

I'm sure we'll hear various scenarios involving the Knicks, Nets and Heat over the course of the next month. But it's hard to come up with any other scenario that would be quite as appealing for LeBron.

I've watched this whole series now and it blew. My condolences. But here's what I saw in Game 6.

I did not see Lebron James being passive. Everyone keeps talking about Game 5 and the elbow and all this other crap. Certainly in the second half, I saw Lebron actively pounding the ball, trying to drive, trying to create, passing, etc, etc. He was doing all the stuff he usually does. Fewer mid-range jumpers, which were really the only clean looks he could have had, but he was getting to spots and trying to make plays. He blew the only two post ups I saw him try, but that's mostly because he had three guys on him each time and no cutters to hit.

In the first half, the Cavs kept it close because (and here's a real stunner) the whole team didn't suck donkey balls. Mo Williams was hitting shots and Lebron was doing alright. In the second half, Lebron was the only competent Cavalier apart from Shaq, IMO. No offensive movement, no one hitting shots, the Cavs just iso'd Lebron at the top and prayed. Classic Mike Brown. Observe a defense that's swarmign? God forbid you adjust!!

I hate Mike Brown as a head coach; great assistant, terrible HC because he's dumber than a marrow bone as far as structuring an offensive system.

This game was a clear example of why single-star teams aren't consistently successful in the playoffs. Lebron was all over the place rebounding, played some solid D, made some big plays. In the second half, he probed and probed offensively, but with three green jerseys between him and the basket, what could he do but force the issue and turn it over or pass to guys who'd brick it?

If he had more of a post game and mid-range jumper, he'd have been able to try a few different things, but that's a minor quibble; if Williams and Jamison hadn't combined to go 2/14 in the second half, then this game would have been a victory for the Cavs and their season wouldn't have ended. And if Mike Brown wasn't a 'tard, he'd have been trying to spot Parker in places where Lebron could hit him with a pass, because he WAS shooting reasonably well when he spotted up.
