3-3 after 2... can't say I am surprised, I just had one of those feelings the Bruins couldn't hold onto the lead.

I think they blew their load in the first. Gonna be a fun end, at least!

They still play at Nassau? Yeah, that place is pretty depressing.

Islander games look darker on TV for some reason.
Philly up late in the third.

Quite the comeback by Philly, though Boston did their best to give it to them.

An upset for the ages versus a comeback for the ages in the East Finals.
Wow.
Wow.

Re: The Stanley Cup Playoffs
Boston gives up a 3-0 series lead and then a 3-0 lead in Game 7 to successfully complete one of the biggest chokejobs in NHL history. Classic!

In the West, seeds #1 and #2 face off...
And in the East, seeds #7 and #8...???

Re: The Stanley Cup Playoffs
This has got to be one of the best Stanley Cup playoffs EVER!! So many upsets, dramatic games, history being made, great stories and its only the end of the second round!
Can't believe Boston couldn't finish the Flyers today, holy smokes! But I guess they at least have the 2nd overall to look forward to.

That Philly Boston game was simply amazing. Came back from down 3-0 in game 7 to win the series after being down 3-0 in the series.

Well that was a fun game. Hawks win 2-1 on a Byfuglien goal late. Take the series lead.

This team needs to wake the **** up. I'm confident they'll bounce back but holy ****, at least try to make improvements.

Re: The Stanley Cup Playoffs
Yeah, brutal game by the Habs tonight. Halak can't make the saves if he can't see the puck, so the D have to do their job and clear the idiots standing in front out of the way!
Great to see JM prepare his team for this game, and great to see them come out and execute it so well -_- /sarcasm.
Anyways, I have no doubt the Habs can bounce back, but what a crappy game to watch. I was so frustrated by the lack of EVERYTHING by the Habs that I stopped watching 30 mins into the game.

Re: The Stanley Cup Playoffs
This pisses me off so much when I read **** like this:
Reminds me of the last two years against Boston where Bruins fans beat up a girl wearing a Montreal jersey and pissing on a guy's seat when he got up at intermission. Almost identical situation too: one of my friends got beer thrown at him in Boston and called a french POS by two guys wearing a Bergeron and Savard jersey. People can say whatever they want about Montreal fans, but you never hear about them disrespecting other fans at their arena like that. Regardless, most of the trouble started in Montreal after wins is by idiots who see a big crowd and take advantage of it.
Certainly no fun for Patrick V. Hickey, who had a worse night than the Canadiens.
The Gazette's intrepid beat man parked his Honda Civic – 564,000 km and purring like a kitten – at the Wachovia Center.
Because the car has Quebec plates, Flyers' fans slashed the tires – and stole the plate!
Two Canadian TV trucks were vandalized as well.
And Marc-Antoine Godin of La Presse Tweets: "2 PHI fans yelled at TV guy 'go back home, you f@#$#& French-Canadian!' One had Briere jersey, the other a Gagné"

Re: The Stanley Cup Playoffs
Yeah I posted that as my status before I saw this in here actually. I've got a friend that is a HUGE Flyers fan from Philly area that goes to all the games, and he thinks they're just the best fans. He was not happy with my FB ststus
sh00n feel free to pipe in on it if you'd like lol.
As for the incident itself... pathetic. Everyone calls Habs fans the least classy fans, but when 50,000 fans are celebrating in the streets, and 500 aka ONE percent of them break into stores, etc... it's pretty safe to say they're just criminals using the crowd as a cover to conduct their criminal activities.

Re: The Stanley Cup Playoffs
Marc Andre Bergeron is ****ing useless. What use is it to have a guy with a cannon on the blueline when he panics any time the puck is within 7 feet of him?

Dear Montreal,
I'm no hockey expert, but I'm pretty sure you can't win a game when you score no goals.

Re: The Stanley Cup Playoffs
Pretty hard to generate anything too when you're getting held and interfered on with no calls yet you hit another guy or another guy holds your stick and it's called instantly too.
We're playing like ****, but the difference in calls doesn't help either.
