The people using that argument are ignoring 2 things:
1. Switching to Chicago doesn't suddenly put LeBron under MJ's shadow. It moves him from MJ's shadow, where he's been kept hostage for the past 7 years, to MJ's penis' shadow.
2. The other issues factoring in LeBron's decision significantly outweigh the shadow issue. Like the poor supporting casts Cleveland has given LeBron during 7 ringless years. Like Chicago's far superior and young cast, including a too-legit-to-quit sharply improving stud who defers, a Noah, a Deng, and 6 million U.S. And like the Bulls ability to make up that 6th contract year edge Cleveland has when he's up for an extension in 3 years.
