Twins @ Yankees
These backup outfielders continue to suck. 2nd and 3rd no outs and this guy strikes out 3 in a row.

And again they look terrible after Cano's leadoff double. You'd think at least ONE of them would be able to do something positive ONE time throughout the game, they just give nothing. Please come back Johnson, Granderson, and Swisher. Just get 1 more inning from Burnett and get the ball to Joba and Mo.

You know what I found fascinating about the bottom of the order last night? Cervelli has ridiculously good RISP numbers this year and even last here he had a habit of coming through in big spots. I wonder why he was hitting 9th. There were a couple of times in the game where the top 5 guys got on but then the Twins got the 6/7/8 guys. If Cervelli was hitting 7th, let's say, I think the lineup would have performed better. Cervelli & Gardner are the best situational hitters on this team (bottom of the order people), with Gardner at the top, there was a big gap between the really good hitters and the 6/7/8 guys who really only just strike out or pop up. -Jitpal

this clown kubel hit a pitch down and in, a cutter that didn't cut as much.. really that fat clown got the luckiest of swings.. twins celebrating as if they won a series.. LOL... geez... mo and one of his early season flubs.. after this, he probably doesn't give up another run all year. and joba got the mess started from what I heard.. I left home with yanks up 3-1 and then come back to this... bad loss..
we fall 2 behind the rays who are playing one bad team after another and the blue jays are playing above their heads, while the yankees face the gauntlet with an injured squad.. hopefully once the schedule evens out and we get healthy we will take a strangle hold of first....
