Wow. Its almost like its a done deal.

Maybe I'm out of the loop due to strippers, mixed drinks, blue men and gambling, but it sure seems like everything coming out right now that has legs has Lebron going to Chicago.

I think the strippers and mixed drinks did you some good and the gambling is just a bonus. :wink:

I don't believe Lebron will sign with Chicago until I see it my very own eyes.

God this is going to be a long two months.

Most people think your son’s second-grade YMCA team has about the same chance of landing LeBron as the Clippers. But the Clippers fans – and some people in Clippers management — don’t see it that way. They think they have a chance: Big market, good core of young players, enough cap space to offer him a max deal.

Hope. It can be a dangerous thing. But Clippers fans are swimming in it this offseason.

So much so on the last one that Clipper fans — led by their superfan Clipper Darrell — will host a LeBron James parade on May 27. If you want to show up, it will be at 3 p.m. across the street from Staples Center at LA Live.

That's exactly how I feel. It all seems a little too good to be true. I always felt the Bulls were a darkhorse for LeBron, but I never figured it was a realistic possibility. I never got myself to the point where I was holding out hope. It's hard for me to get excited having been burned before. It's hard not to get excited at this point.

I'm sure he will look at real estate in other cities soon too. Guy can afford many houses/penthouses/etc. That said, it may mean something, maybe it doesn't. But it can't be a negative thing.

What makes this Weiner guy credible? He probably saw that post some random fan made on Schusters facebook wall and decided to use that as his source.

"David, I'm 99.9% sure I saw Lebron looking at a house in Highland Park today. Highland Park is one town over from Deerfield, where the Bulls practice... I have a friend that says he saw him eating with Joakim Noah yesterday. Do you know by chance if he's in town, just so I could verify this, my friends don't believe me..."

That is the post on Schusters wall. Do people honestly belive LeBron is already out looking for a house in Chicago days after he was elimated from the playoffs? No way he has his decision made already.

By tomorrow, we should be the betting favorite. The line since last week has went from virtually no chance, to 5/1 on Thur, 5/2 on Friday, 2/1 over the weekend, and 3/2 today, while at the same time the Cavs odds have gone down tremedously.

I'll tell you one thing, a lot of money has been placed on Chicago by the bettors in order to move the line like that.
