Sounds like a desperation rumor to me. A rumor that is easy to make up, because it is literally the only move that Cavs fans can now dream up that might entice LeBron to play there again. They have no other moves to make. But it's funny to me, considering Calipari has never really done anything in the NBA, and consistently gets outcoached in the NCAA tournament with buttloads of talent. I think it's pretty easy to see that the Cavs roster will be worse next year than it was this year, and the fact remains that he doesn't have a legit #2 star on that team. A slimy, underachieving college coach will not fix anything there.

I think it's fairly close for a year or two.....but long term, I think the Bulls squad has more potential, given that Rose is like 7 years younger than Wade, and LeBron, Noah, Gibson, Deng are all 25 or younger.

Yeah but this guy is putting his supposed 90% accuracy rate on the line here. Although it seems like that guy, while connected, has gotten most of his reputation through College football recruiting rumors.

He's doing it by predicting something that seems fairly likely. And the LeBron part itself is not going out on a limb very much. He's banking on the loyalty and the extra dollars. He could very easily be proven "right" by predicting what might be the most likely outcome.

Clearly, the Miami team. But if the Bulls were to trade Deng for Bosh or Boozer or even Al Jefferson, things would look a lot better from the Bulls' perspectivel

Noah
Bosh or Boozer or AlJeff
Lebron
Hinrich
Rose

Bingo.

Plus, if we draft James Anderson, we'd have a dead-eye shooter at the two with legit size. So I'll say Chicago assuming we get one of Bosh, Boozer or Jefferson for Deng.

Forget that - it is still the most likely outcome. Vegas, all the insiders, etc, still say his most likely decision will be to stay in Cleveland.

But the Bulls are right behind as the next best option. IMO it's going to depend on whether Gilbert/Ferry can bring in a "wow" coach, and possibly pull off a blockbuster trade on draft night.

Right now, to me:

40% Cleveland
35% Bulls
15% Nets
5% Knicks
3% Wizards
1% Clippers
< 1% chance everyone else.

Certainly better for more than a couple years. Interesting how you restricted us from using all our capspace, and limited us to 6 players, and had Deng benched as opposed to Beasley who's smaller and a far worse rebounder.

Maybe... I put might because really the percentages mean nothing. Lebron knows or will know what he's going to do and you can't really put odds on it, even though they have. They're odds based on everyone else's evaluations of his situation. Sure, there are percentages to what might happen, but they're really only in his head. The odds are merely a reflection of what the rest of the world thinks will happen.

I mean, it's very possible that he has made his decision already, which makes us trying to handicap it even funnier.

dunno how you could consider the heat to have less than a 1% chance. If winning is as important to lebron as he says, i'd have to put them in the same realm as the knicks and nets, if not higher.

As a base for the next 8+ years? This one:

Noah
Deng
LeBron
Morrow
Rose
Bench: Hinrich, Gibson, Omer Asik, Warrick, 2010 pick, Miller, johnson

my thoughts exactly

Rose, Lebron, and Noah vs Wade, SupercoolBeas, and Bosh. GAME ON.
