So now that Washington has won the lottery, what will you guys do?

If you are unable to move the unattractive contract of Arenas would you draft Turner instead of Wall? If you were given the option to move Arenas (and his huge 5 year contract + personality problems) and rebuild around a super-young super-cheap core (possibly use cap space to pair Wall with another big name), what sort of deal sweeteners would you be willing to include (draft picks? stashed players? taking on contracts?)
