MIN and WAS have revised their original deal:

MIN Trades Rights to Rubio, rights to Pekovic, #23, #45, #56

to WAS for

#1, #34, McGee

Same salaries, same reasonings.

Portland, LA Clippers, Toronto Raptors and Chicago Bulls have a nice 4-way trade lined up, provided rocdogg approves the Dwight trade.

Terms of the deal as follows:

Portland sends:

C - Marcus Camby - $10,110,750
PF - Brandon Bass - $4,000,000
PG - Patty Mills - $937,195
2010 POR 1st (22)
2010 POR 2nd (45)

Total Out = $15,047,945

Portland Receives:

SF - Hedo Turkoglu - $9,800,000
PG - Kirk Hinrich - $9,000,000
2010 TOR 1st (13)

Total In = $18,800,000 (less than $15,047,945 x 1.25 + $100,000)

===

LAC Trades:

Cap Space

LAC Receives:

C - Marcus Camby - $10,110,750

- absorbed by LAC Cap Space

===

Chicago Trades:

PG - Kirk Hinrich - $9,000,000

Chicago Receives:

PF - Brandon Bass - $4,000,000
PG - Patty Mills - $937,195
2010 POR 2nd (45)

Works as Chicago receives less than sending out.

===

Toronto Trades:

SF - Hedo Turkoglu - $9,800,000
2010 TOR 1st (13)

Toronto Receives:

$9,800,000 TPE
2010 POR 1st (22)

Works as Toronto takes back no salary

Why for Portland

Portland does this trade to improve talent in positions of need. With Dwight on his way to Portland, the team needs a point guard who can defend and shoot open 3s - Hinrich - and a playmaking wing. Who better than Hedo Turkoglu, who thrived under Dwight Howard in 2009. We also move up the draft slightly, in the hope of landing a nice prospect to round off the roster.
There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.

We welcome a shot-blocker, and elite rebounder back to LAC. Costs us little, and we should still have enough for a max fa.

Sacramento and New Orleans have agreed upon a trade.

New Orleans Trades
Emeka Okafor $11,795,000
Darren Collison $1,361,040
3 million in cash

Sacramento Trades
Spencer Hawes $2,974,320
Andres Nocioni $6,850,000
2010 First Round Draft Pick (#5)

Sacramento is under the cap so can take on the additional salary and the 125% trade rule is not used.

why?
The guy I wanted with the pick will be gone by 5th, so for me getting a young PG was worth it, Okafor has a bad contract but he will fit well with Thompson and Landry. I like Hawes but I would have had a log jam with him anyways so it was best for him to move on, we wish him well in NO with Chris Paul.

NO accepts

it helps our long term cap situation while picking up an upgrade at 3, a decent young big in hawes, and the potential to draft a core piece with the 5th pick

LAC and PHI have a big trade to announce.

LAC outgoing:
Luke Walton - $5,260,000
Eric Gordon - $2,819,880
DeAndre Jordan - $854,389

for

PHI outgoing:
Andre Iguodala $12,345,250
Jason Kapono - $6,641,440

*LAC is well under the cap and can facilitate this trade

Again we give up cap-room, and two young players who we liked, but we feel this trade opens up more opportunities for us in regards to competing. We get a very nice piece in Iguodala, and loveee our transition game after this trade as well as our tough defense. We now feel like we are a playoff team.

philly accepts, i no the need for gordon may not be there too much but i dont trade for need, i trade for talent and worry about need later. i took on walton's extra years but i gain a created TPE out of this deal it offsets it

I do this because i feel as much as i have enjoyed watching Dirk his day's are running out even though i feel he could easily last as long as Miller did and still put up good production, but if i can get another young superstar in the process before he hits that age it's all good and im going to have to pull the trigger on this deal.

*Added a little part OKC wasn't aware of if he doesn't like it i'll go back and change it immeadiately... OK thanks

Orlando accepts. I feel that an Oden-Dirk frontcourt would be damn great while having the likes of Lewis and Redd stroke it from the perimeter. I wanted a change of scenery with the team and another thing, I just acquired Devin Harris from a previous trade, so having Dirk now to re-unite with him is nice. The team overall suits my style.

I do not accept that 4 way deal. Added 2 peices that i didn't want added. Take me out completly.

But i do have a big deal to accept that OKC has come to aggrements with SAN Antonio. (pending the approval of my first 2 moves) (My son can be born at any time, so when i make a move i gotta post it cuz i might now be near a computer for some time.)

OKC outgoing:

- Baron Davis $13,000,000
- Serge Ibaka $1,204,200 (cant beleive im moving this guy)
- 2010 PHX First round pick (number 26 overall)
- 2010 LAL First round pick (number 58 overall)
- 2012 First round pick (OKC)
- 2013 First round pick (OKC)
the rights too:
- Paccelis Morlende (50th pick, 2003)
- Yotam Halperin (53rd pick, 2006)
- DeVon Hardin (50th pick, 2008)
- Robert Vaden (54th pick, 2009)

Total: $14,204,200

for

Tony Parker $13,650,000
Dejuan Blair $918,000
Alonzo Gee $762,195

Total: $15,330,195

Salaries Obviously Work.

Accepted. WHY? we give up ALOT, but this deal gives us the best team in this game. 3 first round picks, and a 2nd. We hated giving up Serge Ibaka, a kid we think, if in this years draft would be a top 5 pick. He has the potential/ability to be a 15 / 10 / 2 guy everynight, maybe better. Sickning athleticism and hes only 20 years old. Hope you do well in San An. But with that being said........ TP / Thabo / KD / Gasol / Kaman.... with Blair on the bench gives me a great lineup. This deal, also gives us the opportunity to use the MLE now, since we just BARELY got over the cap, something that is needed to fill out my VERY depleted bench. Good dealing with you L.G. Blair / Thabo / Mullens / Weaver are on the block for an upgrade at the 2. get at me. Cantmesswithness8 @ yahoo . com

Orlando Magic Trades/Houston Rockets Receive:

ORL accepts since we are in need of a salary filler to make a trade work.

Sorry to post this here. I just figured it was easier than mass emailing people and risk ending up in someone's junk mail. I know email has it setup where if I'm part of a multiple chain that is getting emailed will go straight to junk.

I just wanted to let everyone know who is drafting above me, (I'm Detroit and number 7) if they are interested in trading down and giving away a bad contract, I am all ears. Email me privately at timothyjluce@gmail.com
